7-Eleven

Usually everyone in this gas station is very nice and I definitely am not the one to leave a bad review but today 12-11-23 at 8: 30am the employee working at the register tried to refuse to sale gas to me a 67 year old handicap woman. After she already made me walk back in from the pump twice to see why my pump wasn’t working she finally told me oh you forgot your change. I said I ask you to put the change on the pump I was at because she told me she could not break my other bill. I didn’t complain about her not being able to break my bill nor did I complain about walking back in and her not saying anything about leaving my change when I was asking her to reset the pump that it was not working. Finally after walking back in she all of a sudden remembered my change. I said I already came back in asking about the pump and I ask for the change to be put on my gas pump because I still needed gas I don’t think you were paying attention because you were to busy stocking. That’s when she started refusing to sale me gas. I said I am going to run out of gas I am trying to get my grandson to school? She didn’t care at all. She made my grandson late for school and caused all of this for no reason. She is the rudest person I have ever encountered. I can’t believe her job is interacting with customers all day. Customer service is nonexistent and she intentionally did this for no reason. I go in this gas station every week day morning and I will definitely be going somewhere else as long as she is there.

7/11 obviously has the best coffee around.but this one has the best employees. We humble shoppers notice these things. Thanks for noticing a stranger.
