My friend got stuck in the bathroom for half an hour and they had to drill the door open.it was a jolly good time

Had a surprise 60th Birthday Brunch for my sister. It was amazing. The food and service was fantastic. It was a wonderful party. I will always use Vetro for all my celebrations. We had guests with special dietary needs and the staff went out of their way to accommodate them.

Haven’t been to Vetro in several years. At that time most entrees came with small salad and a choice of sides including pasta.
This time none of the entrees came with pasta. They all had the same sides: a spoonful of mashed potatoes and six string beans. Looked like a plate at a tacky wedding.
The filet of sole was quite good but small.
The appetizer calamari looked like four ounces. A side of pasta was $13.
The waiter was curt I had to call someone over to refill the water glasses. At 4;30 in the afternoon, there were only two customers
When the waiter finally asked me how things were, I told him. He said he would send the manager over. He never showed up.
It’s a beautiful place, but like an old commercial used to say, “You can’t eat atmosphere! ”
The final piece de resistance was the bill. A surcharge if you use a credit card.

Mario was very attentive as usual, food was off the rails and drinks, well, what can you say, they kept on coming. Great place for two or twenty-two, service is always the same.

Attended an engagement party on the rooftop and it was a great party. Food was buffet style with classic options such as chicken parmigiana, penne alla vodka, salmon with veggies, and much more. Servers were on their job constantly surveying and clearing the party area of dishes and glasses. The glass roof enclosure slid open to expose a beautiful night sky at a late point in the night.

Amazing food and service, I’ve been there plenty of times, but in my last visit almost three tables left that night because of the rats passing by when sitting outside. They need to do something because it looks like an infestation I counted 8 rats in less than 2hrs.

Food was amazing. We went for a quick lunch between flights. I would definitely come here again.

Good: Atmosphere was great with a water view. They sat the two of us on a Saturday night at 8: 30 without reservations.
Bad: Our waiter wasn't that great, didn't tell us all the specials (we overheard them from the waiter at the next table after we ordered) and he was a little absent. The food was nothing special and the portions are small. I ordered clam linguine and had to ask if they gave me an appetizer portion by accident. They hand out bread like kugerrands. One piece at a time and you have to ask for it and ask for it and ask for it. Gelato tartufo desserts had ice crystals in them and had to send them back (melted and refrozen). I think our bill was around $240 with tip and a cheaper bottle of wine. We were a little underwhelmed but the view is very nice. Pleasant owner stopped by to say hello.

It was an amazing experience. From the moment we walked in Tele is a remarkable hostess and assisted by Angel. Waiter JP was so gracious.

Not A Place For Colored People. Racial Profiling. They Thought I Couldn't Afford To Eat There.

Amazing venue and a great way to enjoy the Holiday weekend. Was able to watch fireworks for a solid 2-3hrs, right on the water. Would definitely recommend & will be back.

Absolutely stellar dining experience at Vetro this past Thursday. Service, food, and atmosphere were fantastic. Bolognese was out of this world, and skirt steak was phenomenal. We were checked on regularly and food allergies were received and communicated with ease. Our server Mario did an outstanding job of making us feel welcome, comfortable, and at ease with the ingredients and accommodations. Will definitely be recommending and returning.

From Me And Family Got To Vertro Restaurant & Lounge. The Atmosphere Was Not Welcoming. Like We Didn't Belong. But We Made The Best Of Our Time Cause It A Was Celebrating A Major Moment A Family Life. So We Just Skip Straight To Main Course. Forget The App Forget The Starter We Just Eat & Go Cause The Vibes Was Not Comfortable Cause We Not From Not Area. But We Enjoy The Rest Of Event At Local Spot Near By Where We Was Welcome. So Be Careful Of When Go To Verto. Wonder If Was Really Review My Experience For Time Or Forbes Magazine. But I Just Keep To My Self Tell My Next Pop Up Review.

EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! Reserved a table for two to celebrate my fiance's birthday and they were very attentive to my special note "BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION" that to our surprise we found a Happy Birthday card on behalf of the Vetro staff! Incredible detail and made us feel very special. Valet parking was quick and effortless. The receptionist was very kind to also consider my note "window seating" and arranged accordingly. The floor was staff was very attentive and table was kept clean at all times. Cocktails were refreshing! Dragon's breath was well presented and very aromatic, aqua dolce was delicious, and the moscow mule was beyond refreshing! We enjoyed the grilled octopus and russo's bites as apetizers. Main courses were Mushroom Rissoto - first time I ever had rissoto and my taste buds were going CRAZY! Delicious tase. Main courses were Chicken toscana and Speciality plate Branzino. We topped it off with Apple crumb dessert and a Casa Amigos shot on the house for the birthday man!

THANK YOU VETRO LOUNGE FOR SUCH A DELIGHTFUL EXPERIENCE. WE WILL BE BACK TO TRY OUT THE SUNDAY BRUNCH! A must go to if you want the ultimate Italian Fine Dining Experience. 100% SATISFIED. 6 stars out of 5!

Excellent food, service, and overall feeling. We held our Marine Corps Mess Night here and the staff was nothing but exceptional.

We were there for a retirement party, it was great. Very, very friendly staff members. Everything was on time.
