I've never posted a negative store review before. The store is lovely and most of the staff were incredibly friendly; however, I unfortunately had a negative experience with the client services team, who were quite rude when working with me on an exchange issue on a gift for my mom. I went hoping to work with someone on a solution for an engraving error on a gift and to shop for rings. After my experience with client services, I decided Tiffany isn't for me. Cartier got my business - found an amazing replacement gift for my mom and two rings.

Spectacular shop. Definitely worth visiting even if purchasing is not within everyone's reach.

SAs are very helpful. If you’re a fan of the Tiffany brand you’d love it here. Aside from having a nice selection of jewelry (fashion and fine) and homeware, they also have artworks throughout the building (like the Basquiat on the ground floor). Even the staircase is a work of art (read somewhere it’s patterned on Elsa Peretti designs).

I always shop at Tiffany's on Fifth Avenue in New York. They politely serve customers in English.

I visited this store on the 9th January 2024 whilst visiting from the UK. I had a necklace in mind to buy for my wife which I could have purchased via relatives who live in the USA. However I thought it would be nice to have the experience of buying in store and I wish I hadn't of bothered. The lady who eventually served me was helpful however the chain was put in a Tiffany's pouch which in turn ended up getting knotted!
The first girl declared she was too busy to assist and continued to talking to colleagues.
Whilst I may not have been buying high end value goods my custom is still custom.
The experience left me feeling almost worthless. As I left I noticed a downstairs customer getting the platinum customer service. Money talks eh.
I am pleased to say my good lady loves the necklace (having got the knot out).

I came here just because of the movie Breakfast at Tiffany's. What an experience. The film undoubtedly valued the place too much.

Dined at The Blue Box Cafe on a walk-in after I failed to secure a reservation in advance. While I waited, I was engaged and kept company by Nia. She was knowledgeable of the brand, made several gift suggestions of the product selection, welcomed me as a visitor from out of state, and generally was a delight to interact with. As much as I enjoyed the ambience and meal inside of The Blue Box Cafe, Nia really contributed as much to my overall experience in store.

Very sad about my experience there. Two workers there did not recognize the invite Tiffany’s mailed me. Plus I have to wait a whole month before I can get an appointment to talk to someone to get an item fixed. I probably won’t order anymore pieces from them.

I have always loved being able to oggle at the lovely jewelry in here! Tiffany diamonds sparkle so much more than an average diamond! We used to stop in the old store, but then it was under renovation. When I saw that it was recently opened again, I was so excited to see! I wasn't disappointed! The new clever architectural designs that modernize the store enhance without taking away the charm of the original store. Most of the employees were gracious and treated each customer the same even if we were just window shopping. However, I wanted to go to the 7th floor as I had just read about the 1900s World Fair and thought there were exhibits there. The elevator operator was very upset thinking someone on the first floor had sent me there when they weren't supposed to. No one had but she wouldn't believe me.

What a posh place! Went in to see where we can have breakfast! Lol! So many staff to help and bling bling everywhere.

We made a quick stop here before going to the airport. Carlos was immense help in helping us make our purchase and we very much enjoyed our conversation with him. This was highlight of the trip for my hubby!
Thank you very much Carlos and we hope to see you again when we come back.

When leaving for New York, I had promised my wife a 30th Wedding Anniversary present. I knew that we would be attending Tiffany's and day two of our trip we visited. The WOW factor here cannot be underestimated. "Bling" is everywhere, the staff make you feel welcome and through this welcome you actually feel happy about spending money here. Over the two weeks in New York, we visited a number of times, and each time the same beautiful experience was experienced by myself and my wife. A special THANK YOU to Valentina (hope I spelt that right) that looked after us, you truly made us feel happy.

I had a wonderful experience at the store from the moment I walked in and until I was paired up with an advisor. While I was waiting, they served a delicious cup of coffee in a very nice tea cup. Even though I was shopping for a set of basic wedding bands, I really felt my advisor Hattie genuinely cared about me as a customer. She took time to provide honest feedback on different color options, and I walked out feeling special. I may not get the rings this time as my lady is leaning towards another option, but this particular Tiffany store will always be on my list.

Just stop by fifth Ave and nothing want to buy. Walk in without appointment. But Jane Super friendly and helpful. High recommended her!

I went to stroll around the Fifth Avenue. I didn’t want to buy anything, but when I came in, this Chinese lady was very friendly! He asked me to sit down, showed me many styles, and then asked me if I wanted to drink water! With such a good attitude, I feel embarrassed not to buy anythingAnd this packaging bag is very beautiful! I will always go to this young lady to buy things from now on.
