Best Jewelry Store in New York reviews

I'm unable to get ahold of a Theory sales associate to help me get the store credit for a return I mailed in.

Well kept departments with plenty of clearance LAST ACT items to pick from. Be prepared to wait when checking out. We tried checkout counters on EVERY floor and they were packed and moving very slowly.

Worst customer service at this store. The staff yells at you and walks away. Just a shame…

Unorganized, uninviting, dim, packed.just not a nice environment to shop in. Picked up a few things and just left them because I don't have didnt wanna be there anymore. Needs an update desperately. Seems depressed.

Many locals don't even realize there's a TJ Maxx in the area. Love this one it can get busy and a little messy with the tourist and office workers but the customer service is great.
