Just wrapped up a wonderful wedding at the Mansion at Glen Cove, NY, and I'm compelled to share the magic of this venue. It's a photographer's dream – the architectural elegance, lush surroundings, and charming gardens create a picturesque backdrop for every shot.

Hats off to the Mansion's fantastic staff, their professionalism and helpfulness were a game-changer. Working together seamlessly makes capturing beautiful moments even more special.

I wasn’t able to get back my money. Even after I wanted to come by another day and they wouldn’t honor it.

I would just like to say this place is absolutely gorgeous! We arrived here yesterday (the night before Thanksgiving) and were taken back by the beautiful grounds! We were then greated by Maria at the front desk who was so sweet and helpful. Then were escorted by the bellman (I didnt get his name I apologize) He was beyond helpful!
Our room was so nice! Clean newly renovated! The bathroom was gorgeous, the beds were so comfortable even the rollnaway bed had a comfy mattress! Since it was the night before Thanksgiving the Mansion was very quiet so we had the whole place pretty much to ourselves! We loved it!
Cassandra who served us for dinner was amazing! I also believe she is the person in charge. We were seated in a beautiful room with a fireplace and had the room all to ourselves! The chef personally made us dinner and sent over chicken dumplings before our meal, which were outstanding! Our dinner was delicious. The steak was made to perfection. I cant say enough about the top notch service we received! Cassandra even told us some history of the Mansion and showed us cool places in the mansion to see. While attending to us she was also setting up for the the next day in their beautiful garden room. I cant wait for our dinner!
Dont let my review fool you by how quiet it was because for Thanksgiving they are preparing for hundreds of guests throughout the day. SO THIS PLACE IS WELL KNOWN!

Attended a wedding and stayed on prem. Food was good. Rooms were comfortable enough. It’s an old building repurposed, so you can expect a jarring flow to a wedding traditions, but it was graceful enough. The whole family was very happy with the entire affair, which is most important. And the staff was great. The setting is very picturesque. I would definitely recommend. No drink service to tables but good bar service. Clean and attentive to guests otherwise.

I made my son's bar mitzvah weekend here. My guests loved it. It was better than I imagined it would be. Mike and Yenne were amazing, were able to help with everything needed.

We were unfortunately pretty disappointed in our stay. The rooms were not very well cleaned. There was mold in the bathrooms around the sinks and bath; this was the first issue.

Next, our TV was not working. We tried connecting it to the guest wifi, and that did not work. When we called, they said they would send someone to look at it, but that never happened. I called again the next day and was told it would only work if I connected it to my own cellphone data. Not only is this outrageous for a hotel, but it did not even work when we tried it.

Finally, on Friday night, there was a construction crew that was very loudly demoing a room right across from us. Normally, I would not mind, but they were still going at 10pm! We had three kids that kept being woken up by loud banging and blaring music. I finally decided to call the front desk at 10pm, and they told me it would only be another 15 minutes. Personally, I feel a hotel should just not have allowed it to happen that late in the first place. However, it proceeded to go only until close to 11 when I finally came out and started video recording for evidence of how loud it all actually was. They noticed what I was doing and quickly packed up after that.

We were even told we would receive some credit for our bill, and that didn't happen.

I had a disturbing incident there that involved a member of the staff and police had to investigate. I am not happy at all as it was truly a bad experience and I won’t be going back. Let’s just say that they should install cameras throughout their hotel.

I was here for a wedding and I just say the staff is incredibly awesome. The venue is absolutely stunning.

Once grand Long Island estate now reduced to shabby wedding palace, conference center worthy of Dunder Mifflin and dreary, charmless rooms. It all goes downhill from the Grand Entrance, beginning with the incompetent check in - it took several days, emails and phone calls to finally find someone capable of sorting out the mess they made of my bookings.
Sad, dark brick bedrooms are Soviet style - no effort made - en route down endless corridors, a Japanese themed glassed in smokers garden, old butts among the raked gravel, a nice touch.
