The Lodge at Turning Stone Resort Casino

First time staying at the lodge and also visiting casino overnight. Room was incredible! Staff was very accommodating and helpful. The entire hotel was clean, well decorated and relaxing. Will definitely be back.

Very friendly and informative staff. Room was clean. Continental breakfast was.meh.
Shuttle service 24/7 is a nice perk.

Stayed overnight to celebrate a birthday, we stayed in a lodge suite and the room was as nice as expected. The check in wasn't ideal and our room faced the top of the valet overhang when there was a lot of vacancy in the suites facing the golf course. We were also randomly charged an additional $4 from the wet bar even though we didn't touch anything. We also had to bring all of our stuff to our car (in the valet parking lot) before going to our spa appointments in the same building, which seemed very odd logistically for guests.

Oct 9th-Oct 14th I stayed at the lodge at turning stone. The stay was far from a relaxing time, there was multiple people yelling and partying late into the night, on top of slamming doors. There was an abundance of children running around making a obnoxious amount of noise running and jumping into the pool and hot tub splashing people. My balcony was covered in spit and other mysterious fluids so I could not use the balcony. The wall paper in my bedroom is peeling off the wall and the bathroom consistently smells like mold and mildew. The private room at the spa skana was a huge waste of time and we were gyped out of 15-20 mins of our massage and 15-20 mins of the vip room so that was $800 down the drain and a ruined experience that was supposed to be relaxing. They hosted a wedding at the lodge with 250 people the third-fourth night I was there and it was a nightmare, I couldn't relax or hang with my wife because there was just an a tremendous amount of noise and people coming into the building using the elevators, you physically could not go anyware due to the amount of people there.

On check out I got told to park my car all the way towards the end "the front spots are for people here for the wedding" instead of directly in front to make loading my luggage easier, while doing this the bellboy lost a bag with 4-5 pairs of shoes in it, as well as knocked the luggage off the cart and unbeknownst to me at the time smashed my wifes nintendo switch to smithereens. I brought all this to there attention and they said drive to us and we can file a report, after saying I live 2 hours away I was still told I have to drive up there to file a report and maybe they can try to do something.
My wife and I make a yearly week long trip to the lodge but this year is the last time we will be going the cleanliness and overall atmosphere is not what it used to be, it is far from a resort now it is more of a party location to have night long ragers at.

Last trip ever to TS.be cautious when checking in bags. They dragged my 4 months to tell me there was no refund of my stolen property that was shown in bag during investigation however my bag was placed out in storage where there was no camera on it and the suspect, who was fired, denied to do a lie detector while employed. After terminated he managed to pass. Not even I'm sorry here's a complimentary massage. NOTHING. I was a very consistent customer until this and prior. NEVER will I ever step foot in this establishment again.

Had a nice time here. I don't really gamble, but the restaurants are great and location is really relaxing

We've stayed and played golf up and down the east coast, from FL to NY/VT. Each course at Turning Stone course is a great layout and in very good condition (except for green-side bunkers). Facilities, rooms, services are just as good. Enjoyed every bit of it.

I have stayed at every place in the casino other than the lodge. I finally got the chance, and I really enjoyed it. The lodge was top notch, the views were amazing. Service was great. I have no complaints

This place is amazing. It's a perfect place to go and relax, and a short indoor walk to the casino and shops. Love this place. My daughter and her friend enjoyed the pool and food. Nice getaway to remember.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Rooms were beautiful with great views of the grounds. Ska-na was so relaxing with great amenities. We will be back!

The Lodge was very nice but for the price of the room I was left feeling disappointed. Just to name a few small details; not enough trash receptacles throughout the facility as well as the rooms; the coffee in room is nice but a few more k cups and more sugar and creamer can make a big difference, we were left to grab some from the casino and bring to our room. The updates especially in the bathroom was nice but unnecessary expensive treatments, I think a bigger shower area with better drainage, no tub and a nicer seated vanity/ desk area would have been more useful. The staff was exceptional and service was quick. We were very disappointed that breakfast was not available during the week but understandable considering staffing isn't up to par however the casino should offer vouchers for buffet service if the in-house restaurant is not operational. It was a nice touch to have the smores bar option however, we did not partake.

Excellent accommodations. The tulip gardens are beautiful! Anything you need is available on the grounds of this facility!

Such an incredible time.felt super fancy for our family.however we were treated like royalty! BF got a suite for my birthday gift spa day with the girls Walflowers provided breakfast with cocktails. It was sooo wonderful!

Had dinner at Wild Flowers excellent food and service. Tried the duck, sea bass, scallops and spicy pork belly all were delicious

Beautiful, well furnished suite. Door opened to a lovely patio on the golf course. Every attention to detail is wonderful.

We stayed at The Lodge for our wedding and the entire visit was perfect! The staff were always fantastic, super nice and helpful, the service was exceptional, and even the room service was delicious! The shuttle bus between The Lodge, Casino, and surrounding hotels could not have been easier. The bridesmaids all got ready in our suite, which had plenty of room for everyone. The price was reasonable since everything was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond. The Lodge was perfect for us and I would recommend it to everyone!

Officiated a wedding here yesterday. The venue is pretty stellar. Friendly, helpful, competent staff. Grandiose "great" lawn perfect for outdoor ceremonies. For couples looking for a venue with overnight amenities, opportunity for massage & spa, and fine dining, you cant go wrong with this place.

For $500 I got a tv from the 90’s, no microwave no fridge, way too steep for nothing. And they deleted my last post I’ll just keep posting because there is nothing luxurious about this place

The spa is delightful. Niecy is amazing, I highly recommend Andrea for a fantastic massage. Amanda did a nice manicure job. Everyone was very nice. If you like to golf, the Turning Stone is the place to be.

Had an amazing time in our Jacuzzi suite. A total luxury experience. Wish they would have told us we needed to make a reservation for breakfast.

Worst hospitality that I have ever experienced I hold a top level rewards card and was treated like a bum off the streets never again will turning stone see $1 of mine. Rude staff no accountability and the management was controlled by the staff I have not witnessed any hospitality in this establishment and will never return They should have their affiliation with Caesar’s pulled until they know how to treat customers spending 5 figures

The pinnacle of casual luxury, The Lodge is nothing short of spectacular. The landscapes, the amenities, the views, all stunning. The staff is attentive to every detail and provides impeccable service beyond my expectations. I frequent the lodge and have experienced most suite layouts. Each time I visit, I am amazed.
Friendly smiles usher you in, under The Lodge carport. Tim, Cody, Sergio, Randy, Ray, and Ken eagerly greet guests with helping hands and a spring in their step. They each deserve shout-outs for professionally escorting you and your car to their next stop.
Rebecca, Marley, Lindsey, Kelly, and Amy each provide superior service at the front desk. The check-in process is effortless. Do not hesitate to ask, they will deliver. Ian is the best in the hospitality business and goes out of his way to make each stay better than the last.
The Lodge Manager Natalia orchestrates seamless service with charm and professionalism. The Lodge is awesome, I cannot stress it enough. This continues to be my go-to destination for work, play, or relaxation.

The most upscale of the lodging at Turning Stone. Quiet. All suites. Some with wonderful views. No matter the view, one feels worlds removed from the casino - and central New York for that matter.

Front desk staff is efficient, helpful, friendly and responsive to questions and issues brought to their attention.

Excellent towels and bedding and toiletries. Luxurious tub.

Paper products, especially toilet paper, don't equal the quality of the accomodations. Window treatments need attention. Light seepage is pronounced in the bedrooms of the units in which we have stayed

The bathroom faucet leaked, room safe had problems and loud party til 3am made it impossible to sleep. Definitely not the experience we expected or had in previous stays. Definitely will look at other options in future

You MUST valet park, nowhere to park, eek.took keys hate that, tip hungry i guess, TVs are ancient, they close the walkway had to walk close to a mile to get to casino entrance, shuttle back, eeek! Staff NOT FRIENDLY,

100% the best customer service I've ever received in any "hotel" type experience. Everything was extremely clean, all the workers were super friendly/professional/quick! The spa was beautiful and our massages were definitely in the top 3 I've ever gotten. Even with COVID precautions, it was all very smooth. Very impressed overall. Will be returning.
Also the check in people were amazing.

The Lodge is definitely luxury. It highly compares to Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons hotels. The suites are clean, well-appointed and full of stunning fixtures. The balconies and views are lovely. The linens are the best of the best and turndown service is great. The robes are BIG and fit husky guys.
Definitely stay here over the Hotel Tower or the older smokey Turning Stone hotel. The lodge is a wonderful place to stay. You won't regret it and it is worth the extra money.

I have stayed here over the years, and each time keeps getting worse. The rooms are getting very run down and they are absolute filth. Had to switch rooms because our first room had a wall falling apart and duct tape all over the wall, the second room was just very dirty and seemed run down.

Never a bad experience. They treat you like royalty from the second you walk in the door calling you by name and welcoming you with a cookie and bottle of water. The amenities are phenomenal and the dining even better. We most recently ate at the peach blossom and I liked it better than the steak house. Shhhhhhh.

Wonderful experience at The Lodge at Turning Stone Casino. It's the best hotel in upstate New York. Rooms are gorgeous and comfortable with so many luxurious details. All rooms are suites. I've stayed at this hotel 5 times to escape from the bustle of my busy life. This is my place to relax. The turndown service was nice – dimed out the light, relaxing BGM, they made our room more comfortable to sleep. Also, I liked a beautiful dream catcher on the bed. Would definitely recommend.
