Absolutely the best jewelry shop around! Kind and extremely helpful staff that always seem to go the extra mile from something as big as selecting my fiancée’s engagement ring to a simple watch repair, they’re my one stop shop for any of my jewelry needs.

Saw earrings on their website but wanted to see them in person. The gentleman that helped me, Chris, was very pleasant. He pulled some other earrings that I had not thought of and was quite helpful in making my decision. All around good experience and the earrings by Kendra Scott were also on sale!

There staff Racquel, Chris and of course Sami who is the owner all not only friends, my wife and I consider family. They have a huge selection and amazing quality Gold, Platinum and of course, my wife’s favorite Diamonds. We visited SVS on 9/22/23 to buy a necklace for my nieces birthday. The selection of course was beyond words. One piece was more beautiful than the next. Needless to say Chris was super helpful and patient showing me a variety of pieces. He was very nice to talk to, and I never felt pressured to buy, or rushed to pick something. Eventually I found the one! Chris wrapped it beautifully, and I knew it would be a piece my niece would love.

I honestly came across this jeweler while surfing the web. They’ve offered the best Pandora marked down prices I’ve ever seen! I just wanted to share my experience goi g to svs. I went because of another customer who happens to be my friend suggested gg to svs.as my 14k Bankle bracelet has 2 locks. & one of the locks had broken, and the hinge itself on the
Bangle was barely hanging on as well… and being I always wore this bracelet for over 22 years at the time.it surely needed a good cleaning as well as buffing up etc…. The rep. (RACHEL, could not be more patient and informative as to what the bangle needed, I also asked for it to be appraised as I nearly had lost it from the lock and the hinge.she explained everything.including how all the pieces needed wld
Be 14k as well.because u can’t just use any metal on a 14k piece. / I was headed to a vacation and was promised it wld be all done by the time I returned…. / I never was happier, it looked brand new…& the appraisel was so professionally done. (at a reasonable price as well.and I felt safe leaving
My piece of jewelry there.as it was appraised at $7,000 … RACHEL COULD NOT HAVE BEEN KINDER.as well informed on what it would take to renew my bracelet back to its original luster.and the lock.was even stronger then the original it had to begin with. I’m living in Qns ny.but.not gg to go to any other jewelry store other then svs. & maybe Rachel could help me yet again … THANK U GUYS…could not have been happier w/ the results.

I found SVS through an internet search for a particular pair of earrings. They provided outstanding customer service and quickly (and securely) shipped the earrings to me in time for a very special birthday. I couldn’t have been more pleased and recommend SVS without hesitation.

Such a lovely experience at SVS. I have a name necklace of all three of my daughters’ names that I almost never take off, but have wanted to have it shortened for some time. I stopped in and had the chain shortened with options for two different lengths within 15 minutes. The staff was very friendly. It made my day!
