Surf Club At Montauk

My friends and I made reservations at the surf lodge, our Lyft driver showed up 20 minutes late, we had a 2: 00 reservation. We tried calling the lodge several times. No one answered, we arrived at 2: 26 and were told they gave our reservation away. Horrible, now I find they are trying to charge my credit card 50.00 per person for not showing up.

For the price I expect more. Broken blinds in the room, shower head not functioning and not much of a "garden view".
