Sheraton Tribeca New York Hotel

My family and I loved our stay here, the staff is so nice, rooms were amazingly clean and comfy beds.
This location is close to everything, such a nice area to stay in nyc.
I would definitely come back to this hotel when I visit the city again, 5 stars!

Walking around Chinatown Soho
It was a great place. There was a subway station right next to it and the view was great. I guess the soundproofing was good, but I couldn't hear any noise from the room next door, which was great!

Poor customer service with outdated booking systems. The management lacks the ability to problem solve and can only provide meaningless corporate palliatives.

Electric kettles can be borrowed upon request. Lounge service on the 21st floor is rare in New York. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, etc.
Cocktail time: salad, cheese, ham, chips
Wine and beer are also available.
The lounge has a rooftop terrace with a great view.
Both the night view and the morning view exceeded my expectations.

Extremely old hotel. Feels like you’re back to 50s, but not in a “cool” way. Location is bad - homeless and weed dealers all around the hotel entrance. Sketchy in the night.
Bed sheets are very uncomfortable. At least they have a club lounge with nice patio. But breakfast was very poor selection.

Best location to stay in NYC. Close to LITERALLY EVERYTHING. Stayed there for 6 days and only had to take train like 3 times.

Not having free breakfast sucks.
The room is very small and not very cheap = = There is no conditioner yet (you can find it at super cheap massage parlors)
But the service attitude of the reception staff is very good. Thank you for the hard work of the reception staff.
Anyway, I wouldn’t recommend it. Let’s stay in an air bnb.

The location and service is great, but the room was a bit outdated. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the subway.

What really killed us was that the A/C was on a 10 minute motion sensor. After spending the day in a 95 degree NYC, coming back to a 76 degree room sucks!
It took about an hour for the room to cool down.

During the night, the room got hot as hell. We had to stand up to get the motion sensor to kick on the A/C.

We’re not going back.

I’ve stayed here a few times and love it. Centrally located and the staff is great. Ermel at the front desk is very knowledgeable and always seems upbeat! This is the 2nd time I’ve worked with him/was checked in by him and I had to leave a review. Great job Ermel! - The Wright family

My daughter and I stayed here last Saturday thru Wednesday and it was a nice location, we had a really nice room on the top floor, great staff especially Mia (thank you for the upgrade, it made our stay)! Bed was very comfortable. Large shower. I would stay here again!

Nice hotel, clean, location is a bit out of the way for things to do and the financial area doesn't have much nightlife either. Room needs updating but again it was clean and neat. The Club Room has a nice breakfast but is only open a short time otherwise. All in all, just slightly underwhelming for what we had anticipated.

Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any room. This web site will compare thousands of booking websites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is one of my favorites in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't regret it.

The staff are often loud at times it should be quiet. The cleaning staff same thing constantly slamming doors as they go in and out. One girl had her music playing from her phone out loud on speaker phone smh.

What can say, base on the reason why I was there l was treated with much respect. Ten stars to all the nurses and the house keepers. I could recommend anyone who needs a suitable place to go to the Sheraton Tribeca New York hotel.

Just went to bring a friend food there they are dealing with covid-19 patients and doing a good thing my prayers go out to the sic get well

The Sheraton Tribeca hotel is a awesome place to come and stay. The staff is friendly and always looking to help people. The rooms are clean and the A/C is working nice.
The filters where clean and along with the heating equipment circuit functions

The Sheraton hotel is a beautiful place to stay in. Unfortunately it is not an ideal situation if don't have the money to get your own food. Because what they serve for meals will not fill the belly of a baby much less an adult.

Great hotel! Wonderful rooms, bathrooms and staff. The views are to die for from the top floors. A little pricey but worth the location and experience.

I stayed during quarantine times and I would say the rooms are a pretty decent size. The cafeteria food not so great. The employees/nurses/doctors/security guards were great. They were friendly and polite they made they stay great.
