Sheraton Niagara Falls

The staff was incredible, the room was very comfortable to stay in, the location is perfect, and the pool is probably the best I've experienced at a hotel. We were there for a cheer competition right across the street. Our only issue is that all of the wall outlets were too big. Everything we plugged in just slid right back out of the outlets. Definitely frustrating when trying to dry your hair or charge a phone. Overall, we would definitely stay here with our kids again.

Just checked out of the Sheraton and had to write a review on how impressed I was with not only the hotel but how awesome the staff was! Took my Mom to the Falls for her 77th birthday and she had forgotten her cane. Asked at the front desk if they happened to have one and Tom went out to his car and gave her one that he used to use but didn't need anymore. What a fine young gentleman!
Samuel and Eli were also "Johnny on the spot" and catered to our every request. They even secured a complimentary bottle of wine for my Mom's birthday.
Most times it's not all about the fancy rooms and amenities, it's about the great staff and services that they provide.
If I could, I would give 10 stars just for the staff at the Sheraton!

I stayed at this hotel in December 2021. I thought that it was in good shape. It was a little old school in its décor, but didn't bother me. It was a 10 min walk to the falls. Liked how there was a Starbucks connected and a sandwich shop. There were also several other restaurants around too. Overall great stay. Very quiet and relaxing!

Wonderful location near the Niagara falls. Comfy room with lots of space and a Rain Forest Cafe on site. Breakfast was excellent.

Good quality-price hotel, spacious rooms with details such as a coffee maker and free coffee and infusions, pleasant staff

I loved it! The price and all the things that you can do in this hotel is amazing! They treated us very well, we went to the gym, pool, and the nice restaurant called rain forest… amazing place. I really recommend this hotel

Pros: Walking distance to the falls, dispensary, and US/Canada border.

Cons: Rooms are very lackluster, bathroom is small, and the brown carpet in the rooms-gross

Wish I could give half stars on reviews, because this hotel is a 3.5. It's honestly not bad if the price was maybe $100 cheaper per night, but you really pay for the location I guess. The room we got was the two queen beds room, it was very vanilla, but also showing its age. We were only there for a night so can't comment about the hotel amenities since we didn't use them. We did appreciate the Starbucks and Rain Forest cafe which are connected directly to the hotel and were our option for breakfast and dinner. Also since we were there for a tournament at the convention center it was nice that the hotel is just across the street.

Great location but the hotel is really old. Room is dirty and old. Carpet has seen its better days. Dust everywhere. Rusty stainless steel fixtures. Bathroom is super tiny and there's no ventilation fan. Even carpet in the hallway is dusty. Felt nothing like a Sheraton.

We choose the Sheraton for my son birthday because of the aquariums with in the hotel and also the Niagara Falls Aquarium is right down the road. The nicest thing was that they falls is within walking distance and it is well worth a walk down every time.

I choose the club floor because it would reduce the amount of items we would have to bring with us. Unfortunately I was disappointed in the Club floor lounge. The one refrigerator only had water in it and the other one was full of Pepsi products. We thought there was going to be small bottles of milk and other small food options all throughout the day. The two snacks provide were not healthy options whatsoever just a wide of range of cookies dumped into a cylinder and the same goes for the other cylinder just a bunch of random salty snacks dumped in. There was apples that tasted horrible, Oranges that were yellow and green. There was also green pears that didn't look very good. The set times for meals were terrible we could not get to the breakfast hours they were 6am-930. There was very runny horrible scrambled eggs and the sausage was actually decent. Bake goods and toast were another option that was available. There was a automated pancake machine but we were not sure how to use it correctly. Dinner service was about the best opportunity to enjoy the club floor as well as the lunch time. Night before we left we have smoked chicken wings which were really good along with deli meat tray and two different cheese varieties.
Overall great hotel to stay at while visiting the falls just hope they cant make improvements to the club lounge and provide much healther choices.

Overall okay. Swimming pool and hot tub is great! Kids loved it. Well maintained pool area.

I was extremely pleased with the service, particularly the meal service for our group. The NY Strip was the best I've ever had. The meeting rooms were always clean as were the toilet facilities. If coming back to Niagara Falls in the future, I will try to book with the Sheraton Niagara Falls

We reached the hotel location at midnight after a long drive. We were greeted by Gianna S at the reception. They were super friendly and helped us with all the questions related to the parking, water availability and best Niagara falls viewpoints. They also helped us in extending our checkout time as we had arrived so late at night. It was an amazing overall experience; will definitely recommend this to my friends:).

You had to wait for someone to assist at the front desk while they were seated talking about their hair.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. They charge your card 200 dollars when you get there and you have to wait 5 business days to get it back. Then you have to pay $20 extra per night for parking when you get there. The rooms were okay but there very dim lighting, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work, the water pressure in the shower was horrible, the towels were rough and scratchy on the skin. For how fancy they make it seem it’s really basic. Oh and do not go to the Starbucks in the hotel- they suck! There drinks were horrible they definitely don’t taste like a Starbucks drink! It’s sad because the whole town of Niagara Falls is run down and dirty looking and they have the beautiful falls there. It’s really too bad.

A classic-style room was neat.
But the outside view was not good with the unorganized rooftop (Even some people were there in the morning when I open my curtain). Somewhat overpriced due to the famous tourist spots.

The best part of this hotel was the pool and hot tub. Really enjoyed my night there.

Good location of the hotel. US side of Niagara Falls met our expectations. The hotel seemed outdated to us. Floor coverings in the swimming pool, the hallways and in our room are rather “rustic”. Our room was in the back of the hotel with a direct view and acoustics of the ventilation infrastructure. Easy to see on maps. But even more impressive on site.

Rooms were cleaned daily, with clean towels and bed made to perfection. Parking ticket validated.

Stayed one night for a bit of shopping in the Niagara Falls area. As a Gold member of Bonvoy, I am eligible for a free room upgrade. We got the upgrade to a "king suite" - boy, how disappointing.
The room was not a "suite" by any stretch. It was a King room with some extra but basically unusable space attached. The lighting in the room was bad and the view (both windows) was of the rooftop (industrial) at the back of the hotel and the parking garage across the street.
I think we would have been happier in the Queen room we booked with a better view.
We did get access to the Club Lounge, which was a bonus, especially as they now offer a few hot options.

The hotel is located at a prime location walking distance from the niagra state park and all the other attractions and food points
Lots of halal food option around the hotel
The hotel itself is 24/7 easily accessible, spacious and well kept
The rooms are clean and maintained
They have all the basic amenities and room service is good
The staff is very helpful and friendly
The buffet breakfast was very good and recommended (not included with standard room)
It has a pool, gym, multiple restaurants, starbucks, atm, spa, arcade (need to buy arcade card), waiting lounges, meeting areas and paid parking available
It is very suitable for little kids and also has accesible options available
The view is good and the windows make room look more spacious and lighted
