GREAT location, just blocks from "Times Square. " Of course, in the Summer of (2021), paid only $270 for '3' nights. Thursday thru Sunday. GREAT RATES!
The room I was placed in had hardwood floors decorated in a designer rug, a roll-top desk, custom oak dressers, and a large 'Queen' bed. The bathroom was out-fitted with large decorative Spanish tiles, a granite covered counter fitted with a tempered glass multi-colored bowl for a sink with custom chrome faucet. The shower was fitted with 'dual' shower heads and rear sitting bench, and was laid out in artsy 'style-stone' (prevents mold & mildew). Outside of shower had control knob's to adjust 'temperature' and 'pressure' so can be ready. BEFORE getting in.
The view out my window displayed a vast backdrop of a temple playground laid out with street-side eateries, a plethora of gift shops, and a host of other attractions. Block's away was world famous "Times Square. "
It was like stepping thru a window in time and emerging into the vastness of the roaring 20's, where the light's lit up the sky like a Disneyland version of the Las Vegas strip, and the streets looked like market day in this slice of pie of the big city; and the night time filled the air of acoustic sound to the beat of local artists.
Too bad the Hotel is NOW being abused and destroyed by migrant refugee's who are ripping off our system and getting FULL welfare, food-stamps, and medical, even though they ARE ILLEGAL. ALL PAID FOR.by YOU, the New York tax-payers.

I stayed in this hotel more than a month ago for three nights. In addition to the hotel costs, they charged me another $195.05, which was supposed to be refunded to my account right after checkout. It has been over a month since my checkout, and the money still needs to be returned. I tried to contact them several times. They are not responding, or the operator cut off the phone after listening to me. I have left messages for them, and they have yet to respond to my massage. Refrain from reserving this hotel.

Arrived at The Row with a little trepidation after reading other reviews but was pleasantly surprised, the kind young man on reception upgraded our room after asking what the trip was for & he refunded half our resort fees.
Room was very clean & fantastic views, quiet & very comfortable. Linen was changed daily, and the bed was huge. Toiletries supplied & everything was clean & tidied daily. I would definitely stay here again. Great hotel!

Cool lobby. Nice staff. Small rooms that are not spotless. Cool views though. Good if you're not that picky about your hotel rooms being spotless.

One member of our group was staying behind for a few extra days and the hotel let them stay in the 2 bed room at no extra charge even though they had booked a 1 bed room!

The location is awesome. A hotel room is exactly what you need. The bathroom is a little bit too small for a man of my size. I am tall. Even when I book on the suite city view room.

The hotel view is great. The staff is super friendly. Free water on every floor.

There's a nice vibe inside the hotel. I recommend this hotel every single time.

It's 2am. People have been partying across the hall since midnight. Door and walls have no sound insulation. Called the front desk and nothing's being done. Even homeless shelters and prisons have a curfew, which puts this place at being just slightly more comfortable than sleeping out on the street and below any indoor space. Being the most budget-friendly option in midtown Manhattan, this seems about right for the money.

4 stars, one for each of the stars staring at me through the tiny room window at 2: 15am.

Rooms are small. Checked in today and restroom was not cleaned well. Found hair on the bathtub. Wonder how this hotel got 4 starts

Incredible location - just a half block from the theater for Sunday's show. Kind, efficient staff - very welcoming

Great location, but this hotel it's not a 4 stars it's a 3 stars. Basic customer service, the smaller room I had in my life with a dying heat (no A/C) and the bathroom it's so tiny that your can step on your own feet. Not worth the price.

Hotel is very noisy, not worth the price.
I don't recommend. Not a good hotel for seniors.

Great location in the middle of times square. Would love it if there was tea and coffee in the rooms, food available too.

I was excited for my first visit to New York. This property was definitely a NO! For me. For starters the hotel manager was not friendly but actually rude in a sense. Secondly, I paid $325 for 2 days. I didn’t care about the price until I seen the quality of the hotel. The room was not properly and thoroughly cleaned. It is not up to date. Only in the lobby. There was no microwave which was needed since I traveled with a child under 5yrs old. This hotel has potential but needs to do better.
