I ordered a burrito bowl and only asked for cheese as a topping. They said it would be an extra charge even though it had no other toppings!

I love it. It might be because I was hungry and the food I just got was delicious, but the place itself is nice. It also has a ramp inside if you're handicapped. I just got a BLT and a chicken caesar salad and it tastes amazing and fresh I definitely recommend going here. Staff was friendly too:)

Great place to grab a quick lunch or breakfast wrap. One of the most affordable spots in the area. Quick and friendly.

I asked for an omelette with onion, tomato, and spinach. I am a Muslim so I do not eat meat from places that don’t serve halal meat hence why I ordered a vegetarian meal. There is meat in my omelette. I don’t know what kind but this is UNACCEPTABLE!
Will NEVER be eating here again. And when I went back to show them this NO ONE APOLOGIZED, they just rolled their eyes. DISGUSTING!

Great New café in midtown for take in or out. Delivery avaliable. Profesional kitchen service. Clean and gently perssonel. Razonable prices. From a breackfast to lunch. Varierty of sandwiches, confortable seated or carro out.

6/13/22 approximately 11: 45. I mentioned the lunch special upon arrival, one of the men behind the counter said, "no specials". I specified the sandwich and soup and another man said, "everything special for you". While counting out my money to pay.singles, the cashier on the right side (facing counter) gestured her hand to the other cashier toward me while I was counting. She could not have been more obvious. I normally leave tips, however the lack of customer service was concerning.
The sandwich was good. I decided against the soup as a result of the initial comment.
Customer service is lacking, yet means everything!

I went to the new location recently. I’m pleasantly surprised and impressed by what a great quick eat in spot this place is. I had the supreme breakfast wrap and it was one of the better egg sandwiches I’ve had. The service was quick, the manager was friendly, and the overall experience put me in a great mood. It was the kickstart my day needed, and set me up for success in my day’s endeavors. Would recommend to all thinking about eating here.

Oxford was recently renovated and looks amazing. Whether it’s breakfast or lunch, their food is reliably great and the place is a welcome departure from the midtown fast casual chains. Five stars!

Quite possibly the best fast casual place in NYC. Sandwiches are incredible and be sure ask for the off menu item, the Z Cheesy, a grilled cheese sandwich to die for!

It's reasonably priced, its clean and the variety of food is very good. I had the opportunity to eat here today and I enjoyed its early. Although I only had breakfast, it really didn't matter because I saw the selection of food put out for lunch. It's a great place to order food or something and take home for any meal or even a party. It's old school mentality with great taste. I'm from WestChester and I highly recommend it. If you're in the area and on the street, give it a try. If you are local in an office, then go downstairs and you'll enjoy it.

Excellent food for reasonable prices considering its only a couple of blocks from Central Park. They have quesadillas, salads, wraps, paninis. Also has fruit, cookies, yogurt, chips. FRIENDLY staff! Please check 'like' if this helped you!

The lady at the register, (Lauren) was very rude and disrespectful. She acted like my wife and I were aggravating her at the register when we came to pay for our food.

We have been ordering here for years, only because it is convenient. These people are very rude, dirty. I always find my salads to be drenched in dressing; they put in toppings that I have not ever requested; they've delivered green tea with milk! Who on earth will drink green tea with milk? Very rude, unprofessional service. I have also found hairs in my food. Many times I've walked in, they pretend they don't notice. They speak in Spanish amongst each other, often bursting into laughter afterwards, only to make one feel as if they are gossiping about them. I shan't be ordering ever again from them, nor will my colleagues. I shan't be surprised if this place closes down soon. These people are so rude, so incompetent, do they realise their customers are paying their bills? Avoid completely. Bloody ludicrous.

$19.38 for 2 mediocre egg sandwiches and an iced coffee. Thanks for the rip off, lesson learned never again. Back to street vendors.

This place deserves 10 stars if I could. Food is soo tasty and the people who run this place are full of energy, so friendly and they truly make your day. They seem to leave everyone smiling with their delicious foods and energy!

It's a great spot to get a muffin and coffee. They're fast and efficient and the lunch us good as well.

Ordered delivery from them and received a sandwich completely different than advertised with a stale roll. When I called they said “there’s nothing they can do and that’s what I ordered” despite the very different description online. Will not be ordering from them again.
