During recent visit to NYC we tried this place for breakfast. Bagels and drinks were amazing. Service was quick despite being very busy. We managed to get a table as it’s quite a quick turnaround of customers. Highly recommend!

The place is amazing and very cool place to stay warm and have sweet treats and hot/cold drinks depending on your choice with friends.

This upper west side location is fantastic. Several levels, a cafe upstairs where you can read and hang with friends.

If I could, I wouldn’t even be giving one star because of the rude staff working on Christmas evening at around 4: 10 pm—worst customer service. The lady taking the order along with the serving lady was rude, and also she missed some of the orders...
