Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

My family and I have been in many many Olive Garden’s from Honolulu to New York city
From Miami to Seattle and we can say this

This is the best Olive Garden we have ever been in
The food is amazing especially the breadsticks the best one ever
We all ordered a chicken Marsala with mushrooms, the taste is just amazing
We just won’t be driving through without stopping here

There was a piece of a red label in the salad. Some Fettuccine noodles were dry and stuck together. The bread sticks were cold. They seemed old. The carpet and furniture were filthy. Not the cleanest restaurant.

Average service.food is fake Italian.seating area smelled musty! Updated review absolutely filthy, walls, floors and tables and were in at 11am so not like anyone else was in there.horrible

This particular Olive Garden is the worst of the ones local. Ordered take out and had to wait over 30 mins after my scheduled pick up time for our food. The food was bearly warm, the Alfredo sauce was grainy, and chicken (one fried AND one grilled chicken entree) rubbery.

There food is pretty good, especially there different kinds of pasta, very friendly service and very respectful here

Been a while, the bread sticks were warm and delicious, salad cold and tasty, spaghetti & chicken parmesan we're also very good

We enjoyed the food this night, place was clean, service was very good the wait was not long I would definitely recommend this place

I don’t understand why people keep coming here. Everything is bad and not even cheap.
It’s all cooked in the microwave and Tastes like it. So many better places to spend your money.

The food and the attention were super good, good price and quality in the flavors, excellent, I would return again

Take the drive and go to the McKinley location instead… this location is horrible. Food was dry.like sauce was being rationed and portions are much smaller.

Always love this restaurant! Zoupa Toscana is awesome, shrimp Alfredo my favorite and breadsticks are awesome! Reasonably priced, great serving sizes

I was delivered what could be considered food, they were out of pasta nachos but everything had more Italy than was necessary and the unlimited breakstick was truly infinite and the gluten classico never disappoints. Truely when you're here you're here.

Food was amazing All you can eat salad and bread sticks. Main dish was great but what stood out the most was our waitress Janel. She was truly amazing. Friendly, fast and caring.
Restaurant was not over crowded although we did have to wait about 10 minutes.

The food is always delicious. We were there around 5pm before the dinner rush and were well taken care of by the host, the server & the trainee.

Our waiter Kevin was busy but still great. Our food was delicious and it was a great time out on Halloween!

If I could do less I would.

Why when I called at 2: 30 for a call ahead at 4: 30 I was told to call at 3: 30 then when I did I was told that you're not doing call a head. It's for a party of 11 8 adults and 2 kids and a baby.

I do like going to the restaurant and sitting in a booth. I would like to see the ledges and the artificial olive planters dusted more often. You could write your name in the layer of dust on the ledge next to our booth. Also, i thought there was way too much Salad dressing and croutons in the all you can eat salad and soup. Also, why not change up the choices of soup periodically? Thankyou, Joe.frequent customer!

Well to start off the snats or fruit fly whatever! Flying around my face and food is a little too much then I order salad but they have no ranch dressing wow really I place that mainly sale salad (advertising all the time) could not tell me nothing. My chicken alfredo food was so so at best! Dry the only thing good was (Gina) my waitress but she forgot to ask me if I wanted desert or not! But that's cool I got it anyway

However. The whole inside smelled like pee like they ran the vaccum in the bathroom then back out in the dining area

Soup and bread sticks were quite good however the service was terrible. The waitress took our drink orders then never brought the drinks until we were nearly ready to leave. The water that she brought at the start she never bothered to ask about refilling. When I asked for my next bowl of soup for the never-ending soup salad and bread sticks she seemed rather upset about bringing it. When we got the check there was an extra meal put on it that we never ordered nor was it brought out. Other staff seemed pleasant so this wasn't a totally unpleasant experience but yikes about our waitress

We were there Wednesday evening, at a booth in the bar ~ our waiter Steve was absolutely fantastic, so helpful, gracious, thoughtful, and friendly. Food yummy as always. Thank you Steve & All!

Waiter rushed us to pick out our orders. When we told her we are still thinking she just cane back and asked again 30 seconds later. Very disrespectful employees.

If you like endless garlic bread sticks and salad - you'll be happy.

Beyond that - not so much. This "Italian" Restaurant apparently has an issue with tomatoes. Apparently they view them as being as rare as giant pandas. Whether it be small tomatoes for the salad or any tomato sauce on the pasta - good luck getting it. If you have the audacity to ask for a healthy helping of this rare commodity - especially sauce - there is a $5 upcharge for it. That being said, the "Italian" food with no sauce - even the watery uninspired upcharged sauce they offer - is phoned in. The chicken parm was tough. The shrimp was rubbery and flavorless. The wayward soup was bland. In short - quality of "Italian" food you'd expect for a senior living facility

Service is slow. One in our party added soup to the salad and bread sticks for their meal. It didn't come out. Well. It did - after the server offered a refill - on soup that had never appeared to begin with. Even then - the server apparently had to mount a rescue mission to track down the wayward soup as he did not reappear with the missing dish for another 15 minutes after offering the refill.

As said before - a salad and bread sticks fan? You'll be happy. As for the Italian food - not what it used to be. Now on par with McDonald's.

Food was good. We were seated near a group of people that cursed with every other word that came out of their mouths. Glad our kids weren't with us.

Order a chicken alfredo pasta and it was delicious along with the appetizer and drinks. Just had some personal opinion afterwards but other then that the food and all were good and delicious

Just okay. Took way too long to get a seat, you can tell its mismanaged. The hostesses were confused and lost the whole time.

Food was good, drinks were good. Service was so - so. Fruit flies were everywhere. Spent most of the meal trying to wave them away from our food.

Ohh how do I explain my love for this place, WORLDS BEST BREAD STICKS AND DIPPING SAUCES, yes that’s how I would say it, I love their soups and salads, and their entrees are the best and filling… and the staff is always so nice and make you feel comfortable and if you ever visit don’t forget to try their desserts not just a specific one try em all cuz those things are to die for…

Was my 16 yr old daughter's first date at this location. Was a semi-supervised date. Attempted to explain needed second table nearby the kids n why. Guy was completely confused by what was being explained ro him. Had to dumb down for host so he could understand what we were asking for. Waitress understood right away. She was very helpful n friendly. Hope to return in future

I'll try to update, because I'm a family member of a person who works at Olive Garden, so I eat it now and then.

7/21 Five cheese ziti might be fine if they would put more sauce on it. It was all cheese, so much cheese. I was so disappointed there was no tomato sauce.
7/21 The Angel Hair pasta was broken in half. Like. What? Why? I couldn't twirl it on my fork, 1 inch long pieces were falling everywhere and it makes it difficult to eat cleanly. You're not supposed to break the noodles, Olive Garden. Bare minimum portion of sauce at best.

The staff was nice but the food was only OK. For the price it should have been better. I had The Tour of Italy. It came with a piece of lasagna, pasta and a chicken patty with a red sauce. The chicken was very 5hin and dry. It cost $20 and should of been $10 at best. I left still hungry. The bread sticks were good though.

Impeccably clean and welcoming.

The staff bend over backwards to please.

You never feel like you're forgotten about. The hostesses servers waiters are checking on you frequently to get anything to make your dining experience the best.

What's really nice is that you can stop in for a bite of soup and salad or order a dinner which will last you 3 days!

Staff always wear their name tag; so that you can pass on kudos to manager. Why not?

I have an addiction to breadsticks, and Chicken Alfredo. Our waitress Kaylee catered to that need 110%. Went to the one in Cheektowaga and experienced great service:). Ohh got a glass of wine too!

Food was AMAZING.the seating was a little confusing after making reservations 3 different times for table of 7.
But was redemed by the AWESOME server (waitress) we had.will return very soon

Best stuffed shells ever. Great wait time. Amazing staff. Fast service. Great with kids. Family friendly. Cheap per person for great food. Fantastic desserts.

Food not as great as they advertised. Great service though. I like that they had rigatoni as a choice, which I love! However, they said it was marinara sauce but it wasn't. It was chunky. And. I was sick for 2 days after, however. It could of been from car sickness since we had driven a long time that day. I guess I should give them a second chance sometime.

I can't believe this olive garden has 4 stars. This is the worst olive garden I have ever been to. The service was awful. No one wanted to be there. From the hostess that seated us, to the manager who walked past our table several times ignoring the ziosk kiosk blinking red. We couldn't even get refills on our drinks. It was hard to even get a second bowl of soup, and since my meal was all you can eat soup or salad, it would have been nice to have some service.
The food was not great. I have a gluten allergy and ordered the Zuppa Toscana soup, it was a lot darker in color than normal, and you could see pool's of oil on the top. My husband ordered the Chicken Marsala and it has barley any Marsala sauce. There really was no positives to this experience besides leaving.
The whole ordeal took over an hour. In the end I had to ask a different server for a box, for my husband's meal, because our waiter just disappeared. It was such a bad atmosphere I wouldn't be surprised if he just quit and that's why we didn't see our server again.
I regret eating here, and wouldn't ever go back. I wouldn't recommend this olive garden to anyone. There is a Mighty Taco across the street. They are cheap, delicious, and better service.

Half hour wait which was fine but when we got seated all employees were running around all confused we ordered food took a while to get the apps our server was slow and wasn't sure what he was doing we asked for more salad he disappeared then we said something to the manager then he disappeared so we left

Amazing service, the food was absolutely delicious, prompt and filling, I got chicken Alfredo and my husband got tour of Italy and we split lasagna fritta, absolutely yummy, our server was amazing and so friendly

Nice and comfortable inside, plenty of seating for smaller and larger groups. The alfredo is superb, and surprisingly so is the iced coffee.

Food here is always good. But, for the first time, our server is nasty. He looks like he doesn’t want to be here and when we were ready to order, he rolled his eyes and said “What do you want? ” in an aggressive manner. I’m not the type of person to write bad reviews at good places, but Tim’s behavior is unacceptable. I feel uncomfortable sitting here as I feel unwanted by him.
