Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Very busy place, but we didn't have to wait long to be seated. Very nice and friendly place. Jason was our dining room host and he was very nice with our son. He helped us pick the best meals and drinks, and even suggested to try out the new dessert. We were not disappointed. Definitely will come back again.

Good food and service. The best part is that they have refills of either soup or salad with the purchase of an entrée. The chicken and gnocchi soup is delicious. Chocolate lasagna dessert was ok.

Comfort food, very friendly staff. Soups are nice. The famous breadstics are just ok, but pasta was really good. Plenty parking, close to border. Portions are decent size and also they have good kids menu!

The food was very good clean restaurant and restrooms server was very friendly and prompt and the food came out in a timely manner

We still go to Olive Garden and while the overall value has diminished, it remains a good option for Italian-American food.

We drive to Olive Garden quite often from Canada! My hubby and I love the food and always make a trip for our anniversary or just because!

Let's talk about our experience. It started off ok. We came in, was told about an hour wait. Totally fine. We ran into some friends at a store from toronto, as we are from toronto. We called the store and asked if we could add 2 more people. Manager said no problem! We arrive as our friends were still cashing out at the store. The hostess with the tattoo on her neck was extremely nasty and rude. She said we had to have our whole party, who was 2 mins behind us, to seat. She asked if this was OK. Of course not! We are dining out! We were celebrating 2 birthdays! She was condescending and rude about it. Then she says she is going to seat us at a table for 4 and when they come they will put a chair at the end. For 5 people? I then walked up to the front as our friends were there and asked for a bigger table. We sat. The whole time we were there, said hostess was loud, abrasive, and rude! Her whole demeanor was rude.

However, Victoria, our server was an angel from above. She was so sweet and patient. Her kindness overcame the rude abrasive hostess.

I would definitely coach that hostess on professionalism and empathy. We came from over the boarder to dine at your establishment. If the whole party isn't there. There is no reason to withhold seating when 2 people are 2 mins away. That policy left a bad taste in our mouth and hostess needs an attitude lesson. She was so loud. I get that there are a lot of people to get through but through the whole dining, that's all we heard. Just her loud voice.

We drove from Toronto, ON to Niagara Falls, NY for my girlfriends birthday as Olive Garden is one of her favourite restaurants. This restaurant never disappoints the food is delicious the staff is always friendly and attentive. Great food, great time.

I was a little skeptical about eating here, but with very few dining options left in the area, I had no choice. Fortunately, they pleasantly surprised me with their great service and decent food. I had their house salad and minestrone soup — both were delicious. My husband enjoyed his Eggplant Parmesan and our son devoured his Shrimp Alfredo.

It was a Wonderful Dining experience. Seated immediately, our Server, Bonita was the most attentive, polite and professional. When we return visit, I will request Benita to be our Server.

Olive garden food is always consistent no matter where we've gone.this review isn't for that.tonight I really wanted soup. But I have strict dietary needs and don't eat pasta - but I really wanted Pasta e Fagioli.our waitress Jasmine (sorry if I'm spelling it wrong) noticed I was pulling out the pasta and went above n beyond bringing me a 2nd bowl with no pasta in it. That my friends is how you get repeat service. I live in Arizona and let me tell you. I will praise this server up n down to whomever I can from this area because she really made an impression in my book. Thank you Jasmine

I went here last week with my husband, and it was by far the best italian food i’ve ever had! What makes it even better is that our server was absolutely on top of everything! Our server Chole, that I made sure to remember so I can have her next time, was so friendly and funny and exceeded our expectations with how fast she was. We were joking around with her all day long! I will definitely be coming back without a doubt. The atmosphere here is great!

Awesome experience with take out at Olive Garden. I would visit this location again when in Niagara Falls New York.

The meal was great. The food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My child was very hyper that evening and the staff were so patient and kind. They got his food put very quickly for us. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting as well.

I ordered curbside and realized when I got back to my hotel that they’d given me the wrong dessert. All good though, at least it was still chocolate Overall, the curbside service was great and super convenient while traveling.

We had dinner with two friends of ours who we haven't seen in over a couple of years. They're always fun. Food was great, hubby and I brought ours back to the hotel where we spent two nights. If you go, ask to be seated in Tina's section, she'll treat you right!

Honestly, it was ok. Not thrilled about the pricing there especially for what we got, but it was at a tourist trap, so I do get the price gouging, sadly. However, when someone orders Gnochi Soup (even as a side). You'd think you'd get more than ONE Gnochi. Also, I ordered a glass of Angry Orchard and I was brought a single bottle.the price of which was enough to buy a 6 pack at a minimum. So.not really a good impression. If you're gonna price gouge someone.at least do it more tactfully than that.

Not sure WHY they bother with the online check in wait system. Third time in a row it was DEAD WRONG. Text message says 20 mins. We show up in 20 for the hostess to tell us ANOTHER 20-25. Really sad a chain can't figure this out. Food is also average but if you don't have the time to wait why does it even matter!

Took too long. I believe over 45 minutes and was not busy at all. We went there at 11: 10am or so.it was a few cars and couple tables. But for food we waited too much.

If I want italian from a chain this is my go to. Never disappointed with the options and specials. Try the baked ziti.oh they also have gluten free options.

The food was absolutely delicious! Our server, Lexus, who is a rising superstar singer was awesome too!

Went to eat here the other day fairly early in the day there was 2 tables that left as we got seated and 2 other tables that had just gotten their meals when we were seated.we were told our server wpuld be with us shortly and 15 minutes later we still had not seen our server and had not even been asked if we were ready to order or at the very least what we wanted to drink.meanwhile we gave it another few minutes and finally got up and left.as we were walking out there were about 6 employees standing at the front just hanging out talking and laughing.

This location definitely needs to invest in some better employees.normally I wouldn't complain because I understand sometimes restaraunts have issues or get super busy, but at the time there were only 2 other tables in the restaurant! With the 8 total employees I saw (outside of the kitchen) not a single one could take our order or even a drink order? And just hung around doing nothing?

Food is always good and service is always great. I go here once a month and am always pleased leaving.

Alfredo sauce has been horrible the last two times I've been here. Won't be getting that. Maybe we will stick to salad and soup and bread sticks. Service was. Ok
