Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Food is great but the hostesses are very impersonal and non-caring. I'm a large person and they took me to a booth. I stated that I would try to squeeze in and the hostess stated well if you don't fit in you'll just go back on the waiting list until we can get you a table.instead of saying we'll give you the next table.we waited 40 minutes as it was.we were sitting watching the hostesses and I noticed that they don't have the right personalities for the job.they are not people friendly.

This place never disappoints. Service was fast, staff were fast and friendly, very clean and the food was outstanding.

We had a great waitress by the name of Kelly. It makes dining out so much more fun when you have such a personable and really good waitress.

Service was great, food was good, they were a little slow on bringing out the food but would still eat here again. No ATM

I had stuffed shells, hardly any sauce, we were never asked for refills on salad soup, other wise, good

I had a great time here. The food was the best I have ever got at any Olive Garden. The server was amazing (long hair, glasses), she was very profession, considerate and classy. I appreciated the little things.like how she turned the salad bowl so the spoon was on my right side and she placed everything on the table carefully and appropriately angled.it definitely was intentional and I never see Service like this.

Fabulous as always. Our server was Mary who was kind and courteous. The food was delicious and we bought more to bring home.

When my girlfriends and I meet for a day of shopping, we usually include a lunch at the Olive Garden. We like the: decor, atmosphere, friendly staff, great food and low prices. Our favorite lunch - is the all you can eat soup, salad and breadsticks. How can you go wrong? After selecting our favorite meal at the Olive Garden, we have an enjoyable meal; and, a relaxing lunch together.

When did it become the waitresses job to argue with me about what i want to eat instead of just bringing me what I ordered? The new normal is weird.

This is a very nice Olive Garden. It’s clean, nicely decorated, and the service is exceptional. Our server Alivia took great care of us. Great experience!

Would of been a 5 but the wait was horrible said it would be ready by 5 I was there till almost six. The staff was very friendly and took care of me for waiting so long

If you want superb service and Terrific food, this is the place to indulge. I ordered the gnocchi soup and salad with an endless bowl of Alfredo dipping sauce for the breadsticks! Heaven!

Their food is so good. And the service is great. They have more items on their menu now too. We enjoy their salads especially in the summertime.

Went here for dinner unfortunately we ended up having to do a takeout and to the hotel and it was wonderful food this was on our way to Buffalo State University

Unlimited soup and salad was great for my fiance for 9.99, however due to a food allergy I could not enjoy any of the soups. I had to purchase a separate salad as manager would not let us split the original one. Service was great. She was very friendly and very pleasant. All in all good job.

This is a smaller more intimate location. Good staff, just felt the food was alittle lacking. Then again, Olive Garden hasn't really changed in a LONG time am I right?

Check your to go order completely! Ordered 2x in the last 2 months first time we had to drive back as we ordered extra bread & recieved zero with our 4 meals. This time no salads that come with the meals and back he goes we do not live very close.

Our first order didn’t have everything we ordered, my husband called and we spoke to the manager Dave, who was extremely nice to us and they in as quickly as ten minutes fixed our order and gave us a desert! So happy with our experience here! Such a kind and helpful staff!

Very crowded, Waiter was attentive and fairly aware of what was needed. Food was expensive, but it was a celebration of seeing my son on his birthday. All and all, we were proud to be sitting at Olive Garden on this Occasion, we hope to have that pleasure again real soon~!

Olive Garden proves there is a God! They're expense, but the closest one is about 60 miles away. None the less, if we're close to one at mealtime, we go. If it's not lose to mealtime, we stop anyway.

Great food.great waitress! Celebrated our 22 wedding anniversary. We actually got engaged at the old Olive Garden! Always great to celebrate there!

Service was excellent. Our waitress was so accommodating due to the fact that we were in a bit of a rush. Food was very good! Pleasant atmosphere!

Service was good, food was good, no mistakes. Tasted like usual Olive Garden food but the zappa didn't taste quite the same not the same flavor as usual but still good.

The waitress was great but the food was only fair. The chicken in the chicken parm very Krispy, almost black on the bottom.

Quality food and dining experience.ducking a star for the amount of dishes they set in front of you which is unnecessary. And there isn't many healthy menu options.

If you order to go, prepare to be disappointed. Especially if you get salad. Maybe 20% of my salad was edible. The rest was all core and white lettuce. Probably the worst salad I've ever eaten

It was all delicious, like always! They said it was going to be 30-40 minute wait with was very accurate. We waited in our car, enjoyed dinner. Very friendly server and she was attentive.

Service was good as always. Food was tasteless. Chicken was processed goop not a chicken breast, salad was small. Just was a disappointment.

Just went to Olive Garden last week and I’m a bit late on my review but since I have time I am gonna leave one right now.
I am in my bath tub day dreaming about your food, Olive Garden! This food is an Italian mans dream come to life.

Anyways, THANK U OLIVE GARDEN! I have been dreaming about you for the past couple days and my wife claims I was sleep walking and yelling “Olive Garden” in my sleep.
No restaurant has ever had this type of effect on me. The waitress we had, she had reddish pinkish hair and her name was Amanda I think.she made my wife cry because of how sweet she was. Amanda thank you.my wife never cried over me but she cried over you! Such a kind lady, I hope you raise a beautiful family and all your children work at Olive Garden with that same energy. I got breadsticks to go and ate them all in the car on the way home.
You should come out with an Olive Garden air freshener for my car!

I’ve never ate such a fantastic making of bread. I got some soup and some Alfredo, my mouth was watering as I ate.
There is a girl working named Amanda, she wasn’t my waitress but she was nearby a table close to my family’s and she has such Lucius red hair! My daughter told me she wanted hair just like hers, and that Amanda girl could be a model! Next time we go, I will request her and give her the biggest tip ever:)
Thank u Olive Garden, honestly.you saved my Marriage. The night we went, my wife and I were gonna explain to the kids that we were getting a divorce.but once I got a taste of that food my mind changed.so did my wife’s. She texted me from across the table and told me to forget about the divorce. She loved the smile on our kids faces when they saw Amanda’s hair

Waited over an hour for our entree. Then, the manager showed up and talked to us for way too long about how long it takes to heat up Alfredo sauce (probably lost my order). Half the meal was comped and free dessert tho. Won't go back to this location

Waitress very polite and helpful. Food was to be desired. Alfredo was dry lacking sauce. Salad definitely needed more dressing.

Had 2 take out orders completely inedible. Shrimp not deveined, and undercooked chicken. I was told by the manager that I would receive a refund but it has not processed, calling back I was just offered to have them make the meal again (the day after I called to complain the 2nd time)

Food is always delicious. They do have a smaller menu due to covid, but that makes it easier to choose. Our waitress was attentive and friendly.

Absolutely the rudest person I have ever experienced at a carside to go. Never gonna go this one ever again. Get a different job if you have no personality. This was Friday 25th Sept at 8pm.

They have an efficient text system to let you know your table is ready. We did not wait too long for a table. The service was excellent. The food was good and prompt.

We were travelers passi g by so I doubt that we will ever be near here again. However, we would go back and dine here if we were near.

Moreover, their covid19 protocols are well observed and in place.

Staff is very polite and helpful. Very tidy and clean establishment, food was hot and tasty. The soup was fabulous! Lots of space between tables, and covid compliant.

Felt very comfortable that all safety precautions had been taken care of. Luncheon meno of soup and salad was delicious, service great.

Wonderful atmosphere and great food. Our waiter was awesome. Andrew had a terrific attitude and sense of humor. We left a sweater behind accidentally and he even ran it out to us in the parking lot!

Waited forever for at best lukewarm food that was overcooked. Perhaps serving it on ice cold dishes is not the thing to do.

The only good thing at this place is their salad and even that was disgusting. A lot of welted lettuce. I figured it's because its delivery. Still only reason we had this for dinner is because I had no say in the matter. I've had better chicken parm from a school cafeteria in the 80s.wish I could give you a negative star your food is bad.

I will continue to come back to this Olive Garden, the service was fantastic. We placed an online order for curbside pickup (due to COVID19). When we showed up for pickup their was a very efficient process in place to have cars pull into a numbered spot to deliver your food to the car. Every employee involved in the process from parking to getting the food in the car was wonderful. Unfortunately when we got home, there was a mistake and we received the wrong food for part of the order. We called the restaurant and explained, they were able to pull up our receipt to see which part was mistaken. They then said they would deliver the correct items to us. Not only did they deliver the correct items (and quicky too) they also threw in extra breadsticks. Awesome job Olive Garden, we will be back
