My daughter and I took our rings in to be checked and cleaned. We had 4 rings and they were all checked thoroughly before being cleaned. While we were waiting for the cleaning, several associates came over to make sure we were being taken care of. Great business with a welcoming atmosphere

I've been buying jewelry from Mills for about the past 15 years. George and his entire staff have always been extremely helpful, exemplify customer service. I have purchased custom designed charms, my wife's engagement ring, and several other items (even a Bengal Tiger!). I would recommend this store to ANYONE looking for a great jewelry buying experience. PS- My wife claims it is her favorite place in Lockport.

This is my favorite jewelry store as it is close, cute and personal. As a plus it has a smell of my childhood inside. Keri was absolutely wonderful and spent quite a bit of time showing my boyfriend and I some jewelry after I brought in my necklaces to get fixed. He is absolutely fascinated with stones, rocks, gems, fossils, anything you can pull out of the earth. It was wonderful seeing Keri’s eyes light up as she describes the jewelry and personal experiences. I am shy in a setting that is much fancier than I am but she makes you feel absolutely wonderful to try on a pair of earrings or a ring and as a consequence we ended up purchasing a beautiful pair of opal earrings!

I was very pleased with my visit. My watches needed batteries and I got to pick them up the next day! I’m going to be a loyal customer now.

I recently stopped into Mills to have my wedding band engagement ring resized. I had the pleasure of speaking with Cyndi who helped me change the setting of my rings and it is absolutely gorgeous! Thank you for your wonderful service. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Service was fantastic! Called that morning to inquire replacing batteries on 4 watches. I brought them in that day expecting to come back later that day or the next but was pleasantly surprised that they had them done in 15 minutes! Friendly staff…highly recommended!

About a week ago I visited Mills Jewelers. I had earned a $25 credit from participating in one of their holiday events and decided to treat myself to a new shiny something. The owner, George Fritz, met me as I entered and showed me some beautiful pieces. As we looked at their new Lafonn Collection, an adorable little owl necklace caught my eye right away! Mills has such a wonderful selection I was surprised I spotted it so soon. We looked at a few other choices, but that Owl’s little amber-colored yellow sapphire eyes just spoke to me! I just love it! Mr. Fritz and his staff do a fantastic job of filling the store with something for everyone in a warm, friendly way. Thank you for making my ordinary day special. I’ll be back!

Brian was patient with us as we explored all options and finally decided to make our own custom engagement ring, which later resulted in also customizing a wedding band to match.
