Mandarin Oriental, New York

Wonderful hotel! Me and my family spent the Martin Luther King Jr holiday weekend here, and we had a great time. Everything is perfect! The rooms were spotless, and there was very polite staff; the restaurant had great food, and the rooms had incredible views. Not to mention the phenomenal service, both in room and out. I genuinely recommend coming here.

The Mandarin Oriental Team went above and beyond, making our stay a memorable one. The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made our stay truly memorable. The hotel's prime location made exploring Manhattan effortless. From the bellman, front desk, housekeeping, and concierge this hotel exceeded our expectations. Concierge took care of all our dining reservations, horse drawn carriage ride through central park, we wanted for nothing! All the rooms have windows from the floor to the ceiling, the views were spectacular especially at night, wow we could see the entire city from all the windows. A special compliment to Andres, director of Guest Relations, who made our stay especially wonderful with personal service, he is professional and polished as the entire Mandarin Oriental Team. If there was an option for 10 star, this would be our rating!

Mandarin Oriental Hotel delivered an exceptional experience! The service was top-notch, though securing a reservation for the restaurant was essential. The atmosphere was enchanting, and the meal surprisingly affordable given the luxurious setting. The captivating views elevated the dining experience, making it a perfect blend of elegance and value.

My stay at Mandarin Oriental New York last November was disappointing, given the substantial $1,500 (no breakfast included) per night rate. The room lacked water, showed visible signs of wear, and the discovery of a hair on the bed was disappointing. Service was notably absent, especially at the mall-to-hotel entry point where the gentleman saw I wasn't able to enter with my key-card and didn't move from his desk. Compared to the exceptional experience at Mandarin Oriental Dubai, the standards here were a letdown. Regrettably, the New York location didn't meet the anticipated standards associated with the Mandarin Oriental name.

Incredible place, impeccable structure, attentive staff, cozy, clean hotel, wonderful themed rooms, delicious breakfast. I recommend it and I will definitely be back! Super happy to take this trip and stay there
