Huge room. Quiet property. Comfortable stay close to Seneca Lake. Check out Wegmans, if you get a chance awesome grocery + store.

Stayed on two separate weekends with my boyfriend. Had an amazing experience. Beautiful hotel. Very convenient location. Short drive to downtown.

Always like visiting and staying in North New York and this is where I like to stay very clean nice staff and great breakfast in the morning

A friend and I came to stay for 2 nights. We arrived almost 2 hours prior to check in. From the moment we walked in the front door it was noticeably clean and well kept. The front desk staff were very friendly. Our room was ready, and we headed up stairs. It was the 4th floor (not much of a view, but we weren’t expecting one). The room exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, smelled fresh and to our surprise had all Dove products in the washroom.

There was a heated pool and a hot tub. The entire area was well kept, and the water was clean and clear. There were lots of towels and a change area/washroom. We took advantage of the space to relax.

There is a seating area out front of the building with a fire table. It is a nice touch. Although a little too chilly for our stay. The front desk staff let us know if we changed our minds they would turn it on.

Breakfast. We were both pleasantly surprised with breakfast. It was organized, and very clean. There were a lot of options from hot food, cereal, muffins, fruit, yogurt and more.

Location. We did not know what to expect, but everything was only a short drive away.

I do not have one bad thing to say about this establishment. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone for being so kind and inviting. Great job!

Have stayed here many times. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I'll stay here again.

It is clean throughout, the pool and hot tub are fine, the check-in staff was friendly, good water pressure in the shower, even nice pillows, I really wanted to like it more.

But the walls are paper thin, like it seems the person in the next room is in your room. I even legit could hear the person snoring across the hall and a door down! Can't imagine what the adjacent room guests to them were hearing all night! And the beds are quite uncomfortable and feel "old", uneven and thin mattress, swear you can feel old fashioned bed springs like it's an old Motel 6.

Basically got no sleep, so I'm up and showered now at 5am. Sorry to the people in the room next to me still trying to sleep.

Front desk clerk was so nice. The breakfast was delicious and the attendant kept the area clean stocked

It's fine. The staff was great. The building is fine, the pool is fine, the breakfast is.fine. The room shows some wear and tear and no updates like USB to be found. The shower showed some mold and inexplicably, the cleaning crew added black masks to our bathroom floor on the first cleaning. We didn't complain and wondered if they would clean it the next day. They didn't. The location is completely divorced from the town, so quaintness is out.

You know I get it you can't really get people to park where they're supposed to but when you have the elderly couple standing at the counter asking if these trucks could move so that they could have parking that's close even though there isn't any handicap parking available and your front desk staff can't do anything about that shame on you holiday inn shame on you

My wife's mother passed away very suddenly and we had to end our stay early.on our way out we stopped at desk to inform them of our situation and that we were leaving, all the red-headed clerk said was " you'll still have to pay for rest of stay ". That was last thing we cared about, but thinking about it later infuriated me. If that's the mentality of your staff you need to think about retraining with compassion and tact

I would not stay here again. The fridge only kept drinks cool. We could not get all the channels on the TV. No fan in the bathroom. If you wish to sleep in while on vacation and put out a do not disturb sign do not expect housekeeping to come back to service your room. I complained to the front desk twice. The fridge was turned off and on again. Housekeeping emptied the trash and gave us clen towels. The TV issue was not taken care of.

Fire the cleaning crew on the 2nd and 4th floors! The manager should never have to personally clean a room after the customer has to go thru 3 different attempts to get a room that is somewhat cleaned. How many rooms does it take to get a cleaned one? It took three rooms to get a room that the manager (Jordan) had to personally clean. Our first two rooms on the 2nd floor had "bad short hairs" on the toilet and sink. Really? ! The third attempt for a room on the 4th floor was almost "ok" but at $300 per night.laughable. Unfortunately, hairs there too, but Jordan stepped up to clean it himself. More specific. The pillows were stuffed in the pillow covers without any regard to matching the corners.is this a "by the hour hotel? " The mattress covers were not pulled taunt making it appear that someone had just laid there. The second room didn't have a comforter on the bed like the first room did. Is there a process of consistency? Where is the comforter? The towels were mismatched, meaning some had a design and some didn't. Reminded me of the high-school gym lockers.and they felt like sandpaper. There should be a full toilet paper roll for the new customers, not a quarter inch partial roll. This makes you wonder about the unseen.bacteria! Oh, the corners of the shower stall had a build up of "pink" bacteria. So disappointing. HIRE A FLOOR MANAGER TO SUPERVISE (AND FIRE/HIRE) A CLEANING STAFF! ALL PEOPLE WANT IS A CLEAN PLACE TO SLEEP. THAT IS WHY YOU EXIST! THEY VISIT THE AREA FOR EVERYTHING ELSE SO GET YOUR PURPOSE PERFECTED!

The hotel was very clean from the lobby to our room! We had 6 people and our room was spacious enough. Our bathroom had shampoo, conditioner AND bodywash dispensers built in! The decor and ambiance is modern also. The woman who checked us in was friendly and fast. The gentleman who was there later in the evening was wonderful, he noticed that I was there with 5 pre-teens and took it upon himself to bring us extra linens and supplies The breakfast in the morning had everything! It was hard to decide what to eat! Unfortunately, I had to take away 1 star because the main reason I chose this hotel for our "friends night out" for my daughter's and their friends, was to be able to use the pool and we only got to use it for a short time before bed because it was out of order in the morning (and until we checked out). Our plan was to get up bright and early and swim until we had to check out but we couldn't and the kiddos were super upset
Other than being disappointed by the pool situation, it was a great stay!

My husband and I took a quick getaway and could not have been more pleased- Jackie at the front desk provided first class A plus customer service. She was awesome and went above and beyond for us in every way! Kudos and thank You Jackie- The Holiday Inn Express is lucky to have you!

Excellent location just a 2-5 minute drive from major highways gets you anywhere you want to go in the finger lakes! Staff was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Great restaurant located right next door. Cleanliness was definitely above average in my opinion. Rates were reasonable. Breakfast, which was included in the cost of the room was way better than I expected! Large pool area, beautiful lobby. Would definitely stay againn
