Hilton Times Square

Lady was allowed to cut infront of me and took my room. Now I have to wait in lobby for two hours. My sons 16 yr present and I’m in the lobby

The entrance is an elevator in a tunnel spanning two streets, which was trashy with no effort made by on-duty staff to keep it cleaned-up. The bar and dining area is jammed into a cramped lobby with very limited seating. Welcome to NYC. On the positive side, the desk staff was courteous and helpful, and our room was well appointed and clean. We've stayed at better Hiltons in Manhattan.

Location is fantastic! Bar staff great. Rooms are ok. Valet service is bad however. Don't bring car. Have to walk to get your own car. They lost my car. Had to walk streets to find it. Unreal.

My family of 5 stayed 2 nights and we checked out on Thanksgiving Day. We called valet to have our rental van brought up early to avoid getting stuck in Macys Thanksgiving Parade road blockages. I called again to verify our van was ready, as we had to walk to the parking garage with all our luggage to get it ourselves.which isn't normally how valet works.

When we arrived, they did not have our van. It was actually gone, lost. No one knew where it was. The keys were gone too.

We proceeded to ask the NYPD to help us, they were so kind. So helpful.

We eventually found out that the hotel parked our car illegally and it was relocated/towed. We discovered this after we were told by the hotel that the van was in the "area" somewhere, no need to worry. Basically a "Look for it"
Keep in mind, it's the morning of the Macys Thanksgiving Day Parade and the parade was starting. My family was carting luggage through the city trying to figure out how to find a car we didn't even have the tag number for.

Sadly, our great experience ended this way. If you visit this hotel, don't park your car with the valet. In the hotels defense we did receive a refund for our stay. Doesn't fix what happened but definitely makes it hurt less.

The service here is impeccable! I can't wait to return! Jules provided us with beyond excellent service and help. Perfect location, close to everything.

Been to many hotels in NY and this is among the better. Rooms good sized, staff is excellent.and if you are looking for a central Manhattan location, this can't be beat.

The location is great, right in the middle of everything and reasonable walking distance to everything. Definitely try to stay on a top floor because it can get loud in the streets. It was very safe, there was a door man to the elevators to the lobby. Now for the downsides. There are two separate elevators you have to take to the ground floor so it can take a little longer to get down. The biggest issue with the hotel was the service level. We were never ever in the 5 days we were there, able to reach the front desk or any kind of guest service on the phone. We always had to go down to the lobby where there was always a line for the front desk. We were always told they were short staffed so they couldn’t answer the phone. I can understand if you’re short staffed one day but every day? ! I think it’s just their policy to not have anyone answer phones.

Stayed here last weekend with some friends and I was pleasantly surprised by the how big the room was. I've stayed in NYC, Chicago and L. A.before, but no other city hotel room was as spacious as this. The room was very clean and the bathroom was also very large. It's in a great location, right in times square, subway station is right at the end of the block and ubers and taxi's are always available. The staff was so nice, and we were able to store our luggage at the hotel after we checked out for a few hours so we could continue to enjoy our stay. I will definitely be staying here again when I'm in NYC!

Staff was rude, no one answering the guest services phone, poor service all the way around. Stay somewhere else

The ATM located onsite has a skimming device on it. Do not use it; someone from Washington DC made an ATM withdrawal from inside a liquor store ATM using my card information. I stayed there at the end of November, I have never been to DC and I have my debit card with me in my wallet. Please be aware, that is all.
I tried calling their Human Resources department several times to notify them about the fraudulent ATM.no response.

The view is really quite amazing at this hotel. I was impressed with the service and the hospitality. They rooms were spacious for New York City and it was very clean. I like how modern the overall hotel felt. It was a very nice stay.

Hotel is nice enough but staff at front desk need help. Even when a manager is called it gets even worse. Party of 6 arriving Saturday afternoon and as Gold members and $1800 later free breakfast is only included for 4 guests. We had to argue with front desk then manager and he gave us 1 more voucher. Are you kidding me like he did me a favor. I will be moving my corporate account elsewhere.

Stains on the bedding, no pillows or towels available, had to wait extra before getting room due to not being available. No comps offered. I would never go again.

The Hilton hotel time square is located very close to the location where the play Aladdin is located which is the reason we stayed there. The room was large nice. Our room had a view of the world trade center and the statue of liberty. Overall I'd recommend staying there.

The Hotel is good, rooms are clean, but the experience that I just had wasn't pleasant at all, have a person showing and open your room while you're in it is disturbing, the front desk assigned the same room to another person how that can happen, I was at the room doing some work, at least I was able to react but imagine you being away and some strange get access to your room, the management tried to compensate with a free breakfast which I already had because my Honors membership, then offered a low level amount of points, really disappointed of this hotel.

Clean, pleasant, nicely busy atmosphere; a remarkably (and sanity-savingly) calm oasis in the frenzy of Times Square. A great place to meet and converse, or to catch your breath in a packed day. Great coffee and extremely friendly service.

Great vibrant location centrally located for theater/ concerts. Embrace your tourism side and step into the center of neon and people stopping suddenly on the sidewalk to point (new yorkers just lovvvvvve that). Great views from the rooms as the actual hotel is accessed by elevator and is way off the ground floor. Stay here, have fun and make sure to stop and point at lots of stuff!

Nice accommodations, directly in Times Square, friendly staff, clean and welcoming. Rooms are small but this is fairly normal for NYC. Parking is a bit of a strange situation unless you valet, which we did. Wait times for vehicle retrieval can be extensive even after calling half an hour prior to coming to the valet area. Good pricing.
