Hilton Club West 57th Street New York

Wonderful customer service and in a great location. They have free breakfast too which is a huge plus. I will definitely be back!

The location is wonderful, the staff is even more wonderful. I have no negative feedback for this place! They went above and beyond several times and exceeded my expectations.

The room looks great, remodeled and clean. But.
Mattress is like LA (or NYC) streets. It had a big pot hole and when you slide into it it's hard to get out. Seriously. Worst part is that when complained about it, they kinda said I am lying (they said they check them often and they are good). Noone came to check, no effort to correct the problem. Mattress should be the absolute number one priority for any hotel owner or hotel manager especially at this price range and for this category at this location. If you don't understand why, then you should get out of the hospitality business.
Also check out at 10: 00 am. Don't recall any hotel requiring such an early check out. I don't recall either having asked for a late checkout elsewhere (typically 2 pm when I have an EOD flight) and being denied. This is not a small hotel and there are for sure some clients who check in very late. Anyway I was expecting more at this nightly rate.

I wish I could add more stars to this review. The service that I received from the staff was Exceptional and they made me feel that for those days that I spent in their care that I was the only person in New York. Special thanks to Krystyna, Regine and Jaime, you GUYS ROCK! Definitely will be returning for any future visits to New York.

Always a pleasure to stay at this beautiful property with the welcoming, friendly staff. I especially appreciated the excellent service from Anthony, Sheril and Regine. The owner's lounge, housekeeping and doormen staff are also top-notch. Can't wait until my next visit!

Well, it's near Carnegie.and Billionaire's Row.and that's about all the positives it has going for it. I checked in, opened the door and was certain they had mistakenly given me a keycard to the closet instead of the actual room. This might be a good place to stay if you've never actually stayed anywhere nice in Manhattan, but it's a hard-pass for me after that first experience. It was clean and the staff was friendly, so those are certainly worth mentioning.

Such a pleasant place to stay in the city. It's location is great.close to central park, museums, Broadway and great well known resturants and 5th Avenue shopping. They also have valet parking. The staff in the lobby are super helpful. They have coffee in the am and iced tea in the afternoon. Also, cookies. I have stayed at the location at many times.
Especially when I'm seeing shows on Broadway or Lincoln Center or seeing a special art exhibit. I have not seen all this area of NYC has to offer yet. GO FOR A GOOD New York visit.

We are Hilton Club owner here and I must say the staff goes above and beyond every time I come. They make sure our needs are met whether it is more towels, a taxi, recommendations for restaurants, they even escorted us to the rooftop bar next door. The location is great near shopping, restaurants, subway, and Central Park. We also stayed during the Macy Day parade last year and the views from our hotel were great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from Central Park and Times Square. The place is spotless, the staff is welcoming, and overall, the rooms are nice (just like the majority of Hilton Grand Vacations places).

Bob Bruno is the most helpful hotel staff! He will welcome you kindly and teach you how to get around. It was a wonderful experience and we can't wait to visit again. The location is perfect! So perfect we just stumbled into time square!

This “boutique” Hilton club hotel was excellent! From the first day - they welcomed my husband and myself, they were attentive, and truly personalized our anniversary vacation! The staff all knew us by name and never a moment did we walk by the front desk that we were not greeted! We only stay at Hilton hotels (large ones, small ones), but this one was by far one of the best and most-accommodating ones we have stayed at. As native New Yorkers ourselves, living in Florida, we truly and wholeheartedly recommend this Hilton club on 57th St.between 6th & 7th Avenue to anyone who is looking for an excellent NYC location, close to Central Park South, close to museums and transit, that has an excellent fitness center, and employs the professional personnel who truly live to assure your stay is the best.

Resort not really.the staff really made the trip for me! Ivis, Jamie? Forgive me if I don't have the names correct. 57th value your employee! They go above and beyond without fail.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Right next to central park and near multiple subway stations. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would recommend they include microwaves in the room but that's it.

Great location. Fabulous room. Beautifully furnished and clean. The most comfortable bed! Very courteous and professional staff. Loved it so much, we will return.

Clean hotel. Comfortable beds and pillows. We stayed for just under a week. We were told room service would be on Thursday; they came by on Wednesday. Elevators were smooth even during busy times- one was nearly always on the ground level. The guys offering assistance with bags and holding the doors were super friendly and always wished us a good day; safe travels when we left. Location is incredible. We stayed on the 12th floor; view is in the photos. Only a small fridge that can hold leftovers for two from two dinners. Shower was wonderful.

Counter employees were “smug”. Treated customers based on their clothing (it appeared, anyway, in my observations while waiting for different services in the lobby). Were happy to help when we were dressed up, but slow to assist when I was in jeans.

I traveled with my sister in law. I am an owner- I was falsely told by three different people I could attend the information brief at this location and receive a gift without my husband present (“just do it anyway”, “wear your ring on your right hand”). I arrived for my brief (wearing my ring on my left hand and had been open about my recent marriage to everyone I spoke to) to be turned away by a manager and told I would also not receive the gift. He stated that they called me “several times” to cancel, but I did not receive any calls on my cell phone nor noticed any messages on my room phone.

I appreciate being an owner with HGVC, but did not appreciate these side tactics instead of just telling me that it wasn’t available for me this time. I saw a review below that aso had a last minute cancellation. Just be open and honest with your owners- we prefer that. I will likely stay at a different HGV property when I visit NYC again.

We would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed with our young children in a one bedroom premier suite. The staff was phenomenal. The suite was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. It was the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city. Location is excellent. Walking distance to Central Park, Rockefeller Center, and many other attractions and restaurants. Booking with Hilton is very convenient, and you can always expect a clean and pleasant stay.

Exceptional location, clean rooms, wonderful staff! Limited amenities (e.g, no microwave or kitchenette, no snacks or vending machines). Unfortunately, not one of their best properties, but a lovely choice of location for broadway shows. My family and I had two suites. We love NYC!

Room was clean and service acceptable. They invited my wife and I to attend an upgrade of our HGVC membership. We have been members for 20 years. They gave us an appointment, then called back later that evening and canceled it and said that we did not qualify for it. Shoddy way of doing business with an HGVC owner. Very disappointed. I decided to rather upgrade my membership with Marriott Vacations Club, who were happy to have me. I certainly hope that Hilton doesn't treat all their owners like that. They haven't in the past, but I guess that must be their new way of doing business, since they appear so smug with their purchase of Diamond Resorts, a middle quality travel club.

OMG. The term billionaire row does not give this location justice. You are walking distance to Everything that is NY NY including TKTS. The Hilton Club delivers as Always. I had a Premiere studio which was the size of a 2br in a hotel. The living room sofa was not only plush and amazing but turns out a sleeper sofa. Staff is the epitome of Professionalism. Although the weekend I stayed was New Yorks blizzard in February you could not tell with all the activity. This location is a Must on your list for 2022.

Great staff, The room was small but well-appointed. Hint rooms close to elevator have no view: 802, and probably 801 I know have no view to anything but another building. There is also no lobby space. The gym is very much what I expect of Hilton- free weights, multiple bikes, treadmills etc, cable weight machine, benches. Location is great. 2 blocks from central park, half block from Russian Tea room. Tons of upscale dining in the area. I would return to this property without hesitation.

They will not make the bed! I asked them to make the bed and they flat out said NO! This is also a timeshare place so they will try to get you to go to a timeshare presentation. Better places to stay in NYC without the hassle.

My stay at the Hilton Club West 57th Street was amazing. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. Regine and Julius were exceptional and made my husband and I feel like a part of the Hilton Family. It was a great pleasure to meet them, and they treated us with such warmth, and kindness. They made my 50th birthday celebration very special and I'm truly grateful.

Great staff, accommodations was in point, room was spotless and close by to shopping and entertainment and good eats. Weekend trip to NYC WAS BOMB!

I heard it’s a nice hotel however I stayed there and my room was basic…. I did a time share so that might be the reason for my basic experience after I was promised a luxurious time
