Eataly NYC Downtown

Good experience, we ordered two dishes, one of ricotta and spinach ravioli and the other of mafaldine al ragu di funghi.
It's like a corner inside Eataly, there is a bakery, a pastry shop, and there is a cannoli stand that fills it on the spot.
And since it is also a market for Italian products, you can get everything to cook and eat!

Excellent food, a great italian taste! The place, amazing! Delicious pasta and pizza, and gorgeous gelato!

The ambiance was pleasant, but the experience was disrupted by the constant presence of 3-4 servers who repeatedly attempted to clear our plates. We found ourselves having to politely assert, "we are still working on it" each time, causing interruptions in our conversation. If you're seeking a place for dialogue, I wouldn't recommend this venue. The service gave off a vibe of "shut up, eat fast, pay, and leave immediately. "

This review is for La Pizza e La Pasta restaurant located in Eataly. All the food was amazing especially the meat and cheese board - it really exceeded our expectations. The pizza was excellent too. The only complaint was that they brought out entrees before we were finished with the appetizers, so it was hard to fully enjoy that while trying to avoid eating other food cold. I would empathize to the waiter that you want to finish your appetizers first (which should be common sense anyway) before moving on to the entrees. So other than having to eat the pizza semi-cold, it was a great experience. Gorgeous views.

I love Eataly. It is an Italian market with an atmosphere similar to that of Fresh Market. Special to go for a coffee.

The food was fresh and delicious. Although the menu was limited in comparison to the Qatar branches, the food excelled in quality.

Eataly is an amazing Italian resteraunt. It is located within the Oculus area as well as the OWTC. Eataly contains a food market as well as a restaurant. The food at the restraunt was amazing. I ordered a pizza and it was the best I have had in a while. If you plan to go to Eataly, I would strongly suggest reservations because of the popularity of the restaurant. All in all, Eataly is a great restaurant in the area, and there are multiple locations throughout NYC.

I ordered hot latte LAVAZZA its very cold and have no taste i don't recommend their coffee. However, the deserts and pastry taste good.

This Eataly is spread out at the top of the Brookfield Place shopping center.the Italian market has counters dedicated to cheese, pasta, meats and so much more.there are also a few restaurants folded into the Eataly experience.it is very well maintained and clean.the layout at times is all over the place so at times it does take time to get a handle of.if you have shopped at Eataly Flatiron, you’ll find pretty much everything there at this store.there might be less selection.i stop here when I want Venchi chocolate which Eataly has a dedicated section for.the chocolate selection is great and is next to the dessert counter.staff seem friendly enough.though staff are hard to find at times because the store is so spread out.

Amazing place. Big center of Italy, incredible cozy restaurant with delicious food, delicate dessert. Here you will find everything for your taste. And even gifts to family and friends.

The food was delicious. It tasted like authentic Italian. It brought back memories of my trip to Italy. If you really enjoy Italian food, this is a must try!

The pizza is some of the best anywhere. Particularly the massese, which has their "spicy salami". (Although it's not actually any more "spicy" than what's more commonly called pepperoni.) Highly recommend!

Such a good experience at Eataly. The place was rightfully crowded and we got there right at opening, but service was quick and accommodating. The food was very authentic Italian and extremely delicious, so much so that i’ve even tried to recreate the experience at home but to no avail. The Margherita pizza was unmatched.

This place was epic. Food was so good, made me feel like I was truly dining in Italy. BEAUTIFUL environment as well. I loved the strings hanging from the ceiling. My pizza was absolutely divine.

The best salmon I've ever had, hands down. Cooked perfectly, crispy skin, flavorful and delicious! The market is awesome too! Very ingesting things there!

While this outpost of Eataly has the amazing food and market you may have experienced at other locations, it is smaller and has less options. That being said, it is still an amazing experience and worth going out of your way for and paying a bit of a premium for. First of all the view out of this location is just insane. It’s essentially a park/world trade center memorial view and it’s just beautiful. The interior is smaller than other locations but also seems to be a bit calmer and quieter which is a huge plus. We started off with the amazing cheese plate - deliciousness with every bite. I ordered the cacio y Pepe pasta which was made to absolute perfection. Service is incredibly good and they do a good job of matching your dining pace. I can’t wait to return next time I’m in NYC!

Beautiful Italian market near the Trade Center. I stopped by for lunch and got a Soppressata sandwich and pizza with mozzarella. There's indoor seating available. The store is a supermarket, restaurant, deli and lunch spot serving local workers and tourist.

Waiter was fantastic. Had solid recommendations for us. Had the mushrooms pasta, highly suggest getting it if you love mushrooms. Lobster pasta was also very good. Only reason not 5 stars is one of the lobster pasta specials pasta was under cooked. 2nd lobster pasta was perfect.

Great service and beautiful atmosphere. The food is always fresh and delicious. We really enjoy the view of the Trade Center from the coffee shop.
