Conrad New York Downtown

The hotel is nice, although a few details in the room do not match the price you pay. The staff from the front desk and offices were very rude in general, with a condescending attitude and I got the same feedback from other people whom I talked to at the time. Also, they weren’t willing to help with any extra requests and it sounded like they were doing us a favor by answering our questions. That’s something I’ve never experienced before at Hilton Hotels.

Stayed for the weekend, and The Conrad met or exceeded our every expectation of a 5-star hotel. The service from the front desk and vallet to the housekeeping was top notch, everyone was extremely polite and professional. The room was spectacular. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The waterfall shower was an absolute delight. This hotel is just heavenly, and I would recommend you stay here. 10/10.

I love the Conrad! This location is so perfect - right by Brookfield and the riverfront. The suites are huge, with a separate sitting area, divided by a wet bar and bathroom with a walk-in shower. Great restaurant - onsite and room service.

Great location. Very easy to get anywhere in Manhattan and Jersey City (yes, great restaurants on that side of the river). Rooms are very nice, modern and clean. Not cheap though.

The beds are small and very soft. The hotel real 4 star and not 5.it’s very quiet area and good to sleep.
Restaurant is not tasty and expensive.

A very good stay, this was my first time here but would certainly return quickly. Great rooms, great staff, and a pretty decent location depending upon what you are doing in NY.

Everything was fine with the stay, but when the bellboy brought my luggage from storage after checkout and I did not tip him, I received a look like I should be ashamed of myself and he walked off without saying a word. I am from Europe, so I am not used to tipping service staff everywhere I go, but at 1k a night, one would expect the luggage storage service and pleasant staff to be included in the price. The tipping culture in the US is getting out of hand, a hotel like this should be able to pay employees appropriately, so situations like this can be avoided, it's ridiculous.

Great location.the rooms are spacious, staff is welcoming.the rooms are well equipped with large bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion.the bed is so comfortable.my room had a king bed and a sitting room.the nespresso was a nice touch, and I really appreciate the reusable water bottles and available filtered water. I will definitely stay here again when I come back.

I stayed here with my partner a couple months ago for our anniversary. Even after a couple months to digest our experience, we thought our stay at Conrad New York Downtown was nothing short of phenomenal. I let the staff know ahead of time of our special occasion and we were met with the warmest of welcomes and some of the best service we ever experienced. They even gave us a small gift after arrival to celebrate our occasion. Shout out to he amazing staff!

My Diamond status was also recognized and we were upgraded to a river view suite which had gorgeous views of the river. The breakfast was excellent as well! Though the food was quite expensive, the Food and Beverage credit provided by my Diamond status was enough to reduced the high-end meal to an affordable price.

The location is great as well. Being so close to Battery Park and the One World Trade Center, there were plenty of places to eat and shop around. The nearest metro station wasn't that far either for us to get to the rest of New York.

Overall, I highly recommend anyone looking for a luxurious, fantastic stay in New York but want to stay in downtown or just somewhere a little quieter than the hustle and bustle of Midtown. The Conrad New York Downtown immediately made it to my Favorites list on my Hilton app right after I left. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

A very nice NYC hotel. Includes a large string set exhibit in the center of the building. Great views over the River towards New Jersey. The rooms are good for NYC but small for other places.

My favorite hotel in Manhattan. Always friendly, always professional, always helpful. Beautiful art in the lobby, halls and all rooms. Awesome rooms. I wish I could move in!

The Conrad in Battery Park City is always a pleasure. It truly is a hidden gem in this area of town. Ask for river facing views if possible and available. It is in a great location to explore downtown!
