My stay at this hotel was a nightmare. The bed literally sunk to the ground, there was no hot water or heat, and to top it off, there was constant drilling from 8 am to 6 pm. I tried reaching the manager, but they were away until Monday. Absolutely horrible experience – wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I stayed here just one night but had the horrible experience ever from any Marriott. I had parked my car there taking a 10 days pass. When I came back to take the car, found that my car is missing from the place I had parked. I was told that it was towed to a different location as they had some work happened at the area where I had parked. I was just wondering why I was not informed of this before they moved my car from the place I had parked. I had paid 100+ USD for the parking and this was the service I got. Then they asked me to find out the car by myself from any other side of their big parking lot. It was night and i was searching for my car all alone. No one extended any courtesy to come with me for a mistake from their end. I couldn’t find my car anywhere where they asked me to look for. I again came back to the help desk and asked them. After waiting for so long someone introduced to me as their manager showed up. I asked him why I was not informed before my car was towed and moved position. He was so rude to me while answering that and fortunately said he will come with me to search the car. Finally after walking through the entire parking lot we found my car. I lost almost 1 - 2 hours in getting searching the car and they should have at least apologized to me for all these trouble but no one was of that kind. They should ideally have refunded some of the amount I had paid for all these I had undergone. Even though the room was booked using our platinum membership points and still the attitude from the staff was really disappointing. Is this now they behave to their premium customers? A great chain like Marriott should not be entertaining these kind of behavior from their staff. They should give proper training to them to keep up their good name irrespective of the location. They don’t even greet you properly when you go to the front desk which is really pathetic. I have decided to not to stay here or refer this to anyone.

Here’s a gem of advice: before any hotel booking, look at HoteIDuIIy.cᴏm It’s a game changer.
Hotel is in a convenient central location. Although it seems like it’s busy, it’s very quiet. Rooms are clean, Beds are comfortable, rooms are quiet and lots of parking.
They also have an indoor/outdoor pool and gym - both we didn’t use, but look clean and maintained
Toiletries offered are body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and wash bar.

I booked a couple night stay and when I showed up to check in they let me know they were going to be shutting the water off for maintenance. This was going to be to 14 hours of no water use, but it's ok because they were bringing in porta potty's! When I asked to be rebooked at a different hotel because this was going to be too inconvenient for myself, wife and kids the front desk clerk gave me a blank stair and told me I should use the bonvoy app and they wouldn't be able to help me. I'm very disappointed in this Marriott and how horrible the customer service was.

Marriot has always been a great place to stay. The rooms are neatly done and well-appointed. I just have 2 suggestions - 1. Please try to have a microwave in rooms 2. Please have a hand wash as part of your toiletry. It would be really helpful for the COVID situation.

Not sure why all these people are saying rooms are dirty. I travel a lot and always stay in Marriott brand hotels because the experience is similar. This is a nice, clean and comfortable hotel. We were in the area to drop my nephew off at UB. This location is very convenient. Covid screwed everything up in this world so the coffee stand and restaurant were not open. However! They have coffee ready behind the front desk and snacks you can purchase. Directly across the street are two restaurants where you can eat and plenty more in the area if you want to drive 3 minutes. Overall the hotel is a little dated but other than that it was a great experience.

This place disgusting damp and I actually came down with Covid 19 5 days after staying at this shockingly dirty hotel! We were suppose to stay two night and left after not even 12 hours! Beware this hotel has totally gone down hill.

A good hotel to stay in. I had no issues! I just never knew that for a hotel you had to pay for breakfast. This is one of them! Other then that, it's not to far from downtown.

Rooms are clean, staff is super nice and helpful! Nicole was extremely helpful through my stay! Not too far from the falls, about a 20 minute drive. Would definitely come back.

Charged double. After paying for it through hotels.com. Total scam. Bad people at the reception not willing to accept nor refund. Although they say they see the double charge.

Generally a full service hotel, but as expected, many amenities closed due to covid. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool areas. Nice outdoor courtyard but unkempt. Evening staff was great and informative. I was disappointed at the appearance/cleanliness of the main entrances. Considering the current state.it appeared as though none of the doors had been cleaned all week. It made me wonder what else was overlooked.

I’ll start by saying the staff is great. Friendly, fun and attentive. However, the rooms are dirty. I check my room top to bottom and these rooms are just plain dirty. Under the beds are dust bunnies and under one of my beds even had a medicine measuring cup that had been left for god knows how long. The pool and gym are open and given the current COVID situation things just didn’t feel as clean or sanitized as they should. I watched the guy at the front desk touch the wine bottle to my already-drank-out-of glass when serving me another. Could do better!

Could have done without the pot stink from the neighboring rooms. Other than that not a bad hotel. Friendly helpful staff.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at! Covid 19 is being an excuse for awful service, dirty sheets and stained comforters, housekeeping was a joke.hallways not cleaned in days, over filled trash containers all over hotel inside and outside. Asked for clean sheets for bed was given dirty sheets that smelled, decided to keep stained sheets over the dirty smelly sheets I was given. Decided to cancel remaining nights of my stay. Am amazed that a Marriott would be so bad!

The staff were great. The crazy country is shut down, and we had to get in and out of Buffalo pretty quick. Although the hotel was mostly empty, and I only ever saw three staff members in three days, they took unusual measures to make sure that we were well taken care of. OK, so it wasn't flawless. There were a couple of little issues. But the staff reacted promptly and effectively to fix things, and I left there feeling they had well earned my business.

Had a conference there. Great place for this. Food was very good. Ample space for event. Staff very accommodating.
