For over two decades, Proctor Gas and their dedicated team continue to exceed expectations. My recent encounter was an odor I couldn’t rule out as propane. Ron had a team here under an hour. My new stove was installed in Jan, and had in fact been leaking ever since due to a faulty flex hose connector. The dedicated tech (Josh) shared valuable advice “when in doubt, call, that’s why we’re here”. Knowledgeable, efficient and kind, what more can one ask for!

They made the process of setting up super easy and followed up to make sure everything was good.very accommodating especially during the stress of a move-in.

I wanted to have a propane cooking stove (and maybe hot water heater) installed in my house. There wasn't propane anything in the house before so I had a lot of questions. Everyone from customer service to techs has been outstanding. They patiently answered my questions, responded quickly, came when they said they would, Everyone has been friendly and competent. Great customer service. Always a friendly voice on the line when any questions arise. Delivery of propane is always on time so never without heat, which is obviously a good thing!

They are prompt and attentive. Recently, I had a small leak in one of my gas lines and they were there almost before I hung up the phone! THe young man who took care of the problem was thorough and did a great job.

Been with Proctor Gas. 3 years now & I love them. They track everything for me. Send me reminders & don't Hassel about pay but you do have extra charges if you don't pay within time frame. That's standard but they don't Hassel you. If I have a problem they have been great full to help within 24 hrs. Great team to do business with. Q

I’ve been with Proctor Gas for about 5 years and every interaction and request has been a positive experience. From having tanks installed and changed, and hooking up BBQ to the big tanks to eliminate those annoying little tanks that ALWAY run out at the worst time, things are always done on time as promised. Proctor Gas was our existing provider when we bought our house 2 years ago. They have been prompt with delivery, have reasonable prices, and have lovely, friendly folks working in the office. When we were having an issue with our propane pressure in our stove, they sent a tech out next business day who explained every detail of the issue and repaired the regulator with ease. Happy with service all around!
