I had three walk in shower’s installed. My whole house plumbed recently. The plumbers knocked the sliding glass off track and broke bumpers making doors useless. The tech was fast, engaged me as a customer, and made me feel valued. That’s a great example of customer service. I can recommend Zintex without reservation. Great follow up!

I ended up not moving forward with Zintex but it wasn't due to any action on their part but due to medical costs from an accident shortly after they provided an excellent option to remodel old standup shower. I did want to praise Alex Grossman, one of their Design Consultants, as he was very professional and able to take the time with both me & my wife in designing her perfect shower. If situations were different we would have definitely gave our business to Zintex largely based on Alex's presentation of their product.

We have the quote for the work needed. Impressed with what the company has to offer. Strongly considering using this company. Sales rep listened and heard us. He respected our decision of "not at this time but possibly later on". Presented all the info, but did not do a hard push for the sell.

Fidel was excellent! We would have him back any time. Very friendly and always smi ling. His workmanship is the best!

Richard Meek was very helpful, informative and professional when providing an estimate for my parent’s bathroom.

From first call to the in-person meeting, the entire process has been seamless. Randy Tucker did a great job in providing the necessary information for us to make an informed decision about our master bathroom remodeling. He was extremely professional in every aspect of his work, punctual, polite and knowledgeable. He really worked with us to make everything affordable. We just signed the contract with them last night and now waiting on our project to get started in 10-12 weeks. Fingers crossed all goes well as it’s been so far.

Chris and Tate were excellent. They came early and stayed late everyday working hard every day. At the end of their work day, they thoroughly cleaned the area so I was able to use the facilities. I would highly recommend both young men and Zintex.

Had an incredible meeting with Randy Tucker from Zintex. After listening to my concerns and design ideas fora new/upgraded primary bath, he presented their product and we created a plan to renovate the bath. I'm looking forward to unveiling the finished product.

So far it has been a great experience, Richard has been great and we can't wait to get our new shower.

Great update to our older house

Do NOT use this business. I contacted them in July. Was told my showers would be complete in 4 days. It’s almost thanksgiving and my showers are still not completed. They lie, dodge you, and the work on my master shower was absolutely terrible. The wall was spongy. You could push the wall in with your hand. It has been one lie after another. They aren’t professional at all. We were charged $30k for two showers and the builders grade we had was more durable. Forget receiving updates about materials being purchased, I have had to call them and ask about each step. I am livid. Don’t walk, RUN. This is a terrible business. It’s almost thanksgiving and I still have no shower door.

This company treated me very well. They are flexible and have quality products. They also have a much faster completion time frame than any other company. Very happy!
