World Finance is a gd place to apply for a loan I have been with them for yrs and returned back as a satisfied customer they are very loyal caring and respectful workers and if they can help you out in any way they well I give them a five star rating so if yall need a loan go to them you won't be disappointed

I was having a terrible day yesterday. After I stopped in World Finance, my spirits were lifted by Erica. I returned the next day, and was helped by Jo Ann. Jo Ann explained everything to me, and made sure I understood everything correctly. I haven't been to an establishment in a while where the workers act like they enjoy their job, also it didn't feel like I was interrupting their day by coming in. That felt great. I also enjoyed the great customer service both ladies gave me. I didn't know good customer service still existed, especially on this side of town. The entire process was quick, and easy. I would recommend anyone who needs a loan to stop by this location. Thank you ladies very much. Keep that same attitude.

The ladies there are amazing pleasant and do all they can to get you the money you need. I had a previous loan and was unable to pay it all, they gave me a second chance. They understand things happens sand this company was willing to help me out anyway.

They say I Got approved but this office location gave me a hard time getting the loan with all legit information.first they said my residential info wasn’t Legit even though I provided mail from my employer claiming I needed a lease with my name so I brought that next day.then they say I need a phone they can contact me on they called I missed the call and called back then they say I need a different number that works other than the one I provided even thought I can text call and receive calls from that number. Basically finding reasons to turn me away like I was trying to scam them.if I was The same race as them with the same information it would not have been any issues.

I am struggling and Ms. Joann helped me out. She went above and beyond to help me. Very nice. Thanks
