This place is a mess. Not enough help. Placed an online order hours earlier and it wasn’t ready. Couldn’t get anyone to help so we just went and grabbed our order ourselves. Finally someone noticed and apologized.

The in store pickup takes way too much time. They need to have more efficiency for the process. It shouldn’t take that long for a car pickup.

The container store is place to meet your home decor needs, especially the closet designs. I recommend that you go and take a look yourself! The customer service is amazing.
