Great store, friendly folks inside that chatted with me and didn't rush me through. Kaleb was kind & patient and did a stack of gift cards for me. I'll.definitely return.

Brandon was a huge help when I was trying to decide on which kitchen pull out drawers to get. The store had several kind helpers though out the store. Great service great helpers even helped with the loading into car.

Found what I was looking for. So glad a store was nearby. I had found something in the online store, but when I visited the store, I found a better product to purchase. There was lots of inventory to choose from.

This was only my 2nd time in here. I could spend a lot of money and time in here. This store is huge in Southlake.

My happy place! My sister absolutely loves this store! I always get her gift cards for Christmas.

They have everything you need and things you didn't know you needed. Check pricing against Amazon. The associate walking to the store offering assistance and the checkout associate were very helpful and friendly. Parking was busy but the store was not.

I love how organized the store is, how freindly and helpful they all are. They have lots of different ideas to create you space. My one complaint is they used to have more rolling kitchen islands and just so much more of a variety. It a lot of the same things. But it is a nice store.

Cool store.little on the pricy side but they have good quality products and friendly service along with so much to look at and for someone like myself today loves to organize this store is awesome.

I love the store and company. The Southlake store has struggled in my last few visits with service. Either not enough staff or staff over worked so it's involved longer than expected wait times.

Today was the first time I’ve been disappointed with this store. Last weekend I purchased some shelving but the didn’t have poles for the unit in stock. They told me another store had them and they would arrive today. So I go to the store and get the unacceptable answer that oh, the date is now the 12th. I wasn’t able to have the poles shipped to my house for some reason.and waiting over a week for poles from another store in the area is not ok. Now I have to go back and return everything because I needed this installed this weekend. Additionally the staff today was very unfriendly.nothing like the normal demeanor of the staff. Get it together or you’re going to lose a customer.

Walked in today on this lovely Sunday morning wasn't greeted by any of the staff, but I seen employees greeting others, asked for help was ignored, very bad customer service skills I will never come here again I'll stick the one in Arlington Tx.they are so much nicer and of help,

This store is the worst. I ordered some items for contactless pickup and called several times with NO answer. I ended up having to go into the store where they told me they had no such order. I was really upset cause they had taken my credit card info. I ended up speaking with the manager where she located my items. What was to be simple easy SAFE order for curbside pickup ended up 20 mins of a goat rope. How does the store stay in business!

EPIC FAILURE - No Contactless Deliveries for Over an Hour

I arrived at the Container Store at the Southlake Town Square at 5: 05 pm for a "contactless pickup" that was supposed to be ready by 4 pm. A staff member greeted my car within 5 minutes, asked for my name, and went inside. I was the third car in line for a pick-up. 50 minutes, no exaggeration, 50 minutes went by without a single store employee bringing an order outside. The three car line turned into 10. People started honking horns. At least five cars gave up and drove away. More cars showed up then people began walking from their cars into the store (against Container Store's policy of appointment only visits) since no one would answer the store's phone. It was absolute chaos.

After an hour, I decided it was time to walk into the store and see what was going on. The staff was working at the speed of librarians - no sense of urgency, total lack of customer service skills, and appeared completely overwhelmed by trying to manage online orders. After over an hour, I left without receiving my order or witnessing a single employee deliver a contactless order to the ever expanding line of vehicles idling out front.

I completely understand these are strange times, but don't open a store for "contactless delivery" if you can't successfully implement the strategy. For a company with such high customer service standards, this was an epic fail. It would be easy to forgive a simple error but an entire hour of no service, to anyone, is impossible to forgive or forget. I loved the idea of shopping at a retail store again - this experience has pushed me back to online shopping.

Had the perfect size box I needed. The lady asked me if I found what I needed and when I told what the box was for she was so understanding.

My boss took me here to get office supplies. Ended up spending about 2.5 hours here, there is so much to see and so many good products! This was my first time to go to a "The Container Store" & the next time I go will be for my place.

I have always loved the container store. It was never inexpensive, but their selection and great customer service made it a great place to shop. I've been fishing my last couple of visits in their selection, their poor organization, and especially their customer service. I'm sure I'll have to return their occasionally, but it is no longer my "go to" place.

Quality products for home, office, car, travel for organizing with style. A bit pricy but definitely worth it. Also unique finds for gifts for all ages, especially stuffers.

The largest Container Store I've seen anywhere. Bright, clean and neat in upscale shopping center. Plenty of parking alongside store.

Unique place. Core mdse is toney shelving and plastic crates/boxes, but I always check the miscellaneous racks for useful and fun kitchen doodads, etc. Friendly staff, too.

All employees were nice and helpful except for one guy who was very rude and the reason for 4 stars. Overall store is nice and has alot of cute stuff.some stuff can be a bit over priced while other things ate very fair and cheaper than usual.

Very clean store with extremely friendly staff, especially Andre. Went out of his way to make us happy, very pleasant to talk with and listened to all of our needs.

Sadly, left about $100 of merchandise I really wanted behind because they just didn't seem to care if we were given a way to check out efficiently. A lady named Leanne (sp.) was at her register but sent us to another guy only to be redirected to another area because he wasn't actually available.he was helping others nowhere close to ready to check out.

The bathroom experience was equally bizarre; I went in to find two women and a man working on a sink, with no out of order signs anywhere. I asked if it was okay to use the restroom and they said yes, told me to go ahead, and the man took forever to leave. Then I couldn't actually wash my hands when I left. Turns out the sink wasn't functioning so I'd have to wait for them to caulk, dry, and turn the water back on.

I'm pretty understanding of holidays being nutty, but they were almost empty today, and had plenty of staff around. It was just that no one seemed that eager to actually sell things to us or make us feel welcome. Bummer.

Very courteous and helpful staff. Everything you need to organize your home or office. Lots of different items to choose from. Also great for college bound students trying keep their dorm or apartment organized.

Listen I love the container store, they have treated me well, have had good products from there. But they hired my daughter and when they did, they told her that they were letting her go because she obviously didn't want the job enough. And they were kind of two faced about it. That said, they did my daughter a favor by her giving her an impetus to succeed despite their treatment of her. She has gone on to become a nurse and doing well!

Always well organized. So many great ideas, things that never cross your mind, or for that matter, things you didn't know exists and will be perfect to solve those little nagging issues you have around the house. The staff is friendly and willing to help. The layout of the store creates a natural flow which makes things easy to find. Love this store.

Always a joy to come here. There are always thing i cant find anywhere else. Like a wrapping paper organizer. It provides great inspiration to that room in your house that needs some extra tlc.

There was a long waiting time to pay. There is 2 areas for registers but only one at the front was open.

Great store! I go to get display cases for sports memorabilia but every time I usually find other things I need-that's how they get you! The staff is friendly and helpful every time. My only complaint is that every time I go I get stuck in line behind a pregnant woman who is buying a ridiculous amount of things she can't possibly need. Is that like morning sickness or food cravings? I guess on the plus side, fellas, if your preggo wife is driving you insane, take her to the Container Store! I'm a problem solver. UPDATE: I tried store pick up. They have reserved parking spaces, just notify them you've arrived and they bring it out within 3 minutes
