Very disappointed! Representative showed up and did a great demonstration! Very informative and detailed. After agreeing to purchase the Platinum package. We were told that they would install the system the next day around 9am. Waited the following morning. Before they showed up to install the system, I got a call from the representative about needing pictures of the house with the address. Once the technicians arrived, they also started taking pictures, so the finance company/bank could approve the loan. After going back and forth, I refused the installation! "How can a company show up to do an installation without financial approval? " Had the representative not done such a great demonstration, I would have given them 1 STAR! Waste of my time and their's!
