Such an easy company to work with! We worked with Ian and he was very responsive and easy to get ahold of if we had any questions. They took care of all of our countertops - from coming out to measure, fabricating, and install! Took about 2 weeks in total. It was my first reno and I will use this company again. Paying $65/square foot for quartz seemed like a great deal.

Stay away from this store! The manager Rebecca very rude, she very bad customer service. I don’t know how she can does management. I couldn’t returned my vinyl floor just because the box opened (the box not even damaged). Luckily I bought just one box, that just ONLY ONE BOX. I opened for measurements not even take the vinyl off the box. I never got this experience before. Home Depot & Lowes & Floor n Decor even the stuff broken they still allow for return. ONE BOX just $50.33 dollars not a big deal but they lost the customer. If you don’t want waste money waste time so stay away from this store!

I work in architecture and construction and sometimes have small projects that only need a small amount of unique product at a small cost. The store offers plenty of options and a great range of price for a good value. Scott and his team on the floor to the warehouse to help load the materials were awesome! They were professional and offered up as much assistance as was needed making the purchase a simple and pleasant experience.

This place truly works to be the best in the business. We had placed an order for cabinets last year when the store was under different ownership. Having no idea of this change, I went in to give them a date as to when I would be needing these kitchen cabinets. Due to the change in ownership, different inventory now, and new management this could have proven extremely difficult seeing the cabinets we purchased were no longer in stock. Rather than make it difficult, Erika Vera and Vince Hardwick made the whole process easy. Vince actually had to make changes to our original order but in the end we have exactly what we wanted.
Go see them, you will be glad you did. Surplus Building Materials has a customer for life.

I first want to say the staff, employees, and management are top tier. Erika Vera and Natalia Teplitskiy looked over my meltdown and kick into action to help. I will never forget the experience and help they extended to me. This is how we build trust and honest relationship with retail. They actually went beyond what I ever expected. If you're looking for good people to spend your hard earned money with you found it. If you get the pleasure of meeting Erika Vera, or Natalia Teplitskiy tell them shallah said hi.

Do NOT shop here. I called and ordered baseboards after confirming they had enough to go my whole house. I paid in advance, went to pick them up a week later and they told me they didn't have any.

I thought it was a resale place or with "surplus" in the name thought they would have good discounts. They have new items, and not at a discounted price. They do make their own cabinetry which is cool and they have beautiful exterior entrance doors. Unfortunately not what I was looking for.

A great selection on sower inclosurs, shower doors, vanities & flooring. Be ready to get your stuff after check out it will be at pickup
Before you get to the dock. It definitely not like wating around at
Home Depo or Lows. The staff also knows what they are doing.

I am a real estate investor, and a total fan. They recently got bought out by an investment group, so the deals are gone, but the high quality product and knowledgeable staff remains. Ask for Jared or Johnny, these young men will take the time and attention to earn your dedication.

Great price on some exterior doors I needed for my house. WAY more affordable than the big box home improvement stores.

I was in the market for a double steel front door that was classic looking and did not have a bunch of circular branches in it. I looked all over the country and north Texas and couldn’t find anything that fit my criteria. Walked into Surplus Building and there it was. Great price, great service and continuing service. Love this place
