Worked with Chris Trevino today. An awesome tech who thoroughly explained the issue, options, and walk through when job is completed. My overall experience from scheduling to job completion has been excellent. Would recommend and be using Southwest Irrigation Systems for future sprinkler needs.

Chris handled my service call very professionally. He called when he was on the way to my house and he was on-time. His friendly nature made it easy to discuss my irrigation system problem. His knowledge of the system was very helpful in explaining how the system operated. He thoroughly explained the repairs and efficiently completed all of the repairs. The job was completed quickly and everything was cleaned up after the repairs.

John and Barbara Harrison were completely satisfied with Robbie with Southwest Irrigation Systems. He called when he was on his way and arrived on time for the appointment to service our Backflow with freeze relief valve. He went into the unit and cleared out debris that was preventing the unit from working properly. He also provided updates for care of the unit. When he left, the unit was functioning properly. He was pleasant, courteous and answered all of our questions. Definitely recommend.

Grady walked me thru my options and helped me figure out what I needed and did not need. He got it done fast and then alerted me to a separate issue outside their scope but told me who to call and how SWIS could help improve it once it was fixed.

I had two zones not coming on and did not know where all the valves were due to being covered up by landscaping over the years. The two technicians did a great job of finding the valves an repaired the cut wires.

Southwest Irrigation installed our sprinkler system about 20 years ago. They’ve always sent out their best employees to take care of the issues with our system. Today, they found and fixed the issues quickly. The charges were not as bad as I thought. William and Joe were professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

Wheni had questions regarding proposed services, the Service Manager reached out to me directly to address my concerns. A technician was sent out same day to make my repairs. All repairs were handled quickly in a professional manner. I was happy with the resolution.

Will showed up on time and immediately diagnosed my problem (20 year old controller dying). He checked all my sprinkler heads, valves, wires, etc. He installed a new state of the art controller that I can run from any iOS device. He replaced some leaking heads and nozels and programmed the system. He adjusted all of the heads and explained everything in detail. He was professional, friendly, and thorough. He likely could have been done sooner without all of my questions and talking. He was very patient. So glad to have my system back up and running. I wish I had called SWIS 4-5 months ago before the terrible July heat.

Update: Had Will come back to cap some sprinkler heads. We’re extending a fence and our old sprinkler heads were going to be outside of the fence line. He was on time, efficient, and made sure everything was done right and there were no leaks. He also adjusted some heads that he previously installed to shorten the spray because it was getting our patio wet.

Replaced malfunctioning antifreeze valve under warranty at no charge. Showed up on time and replaced. Professional service. No issues.

Braden was our technician and he was the most helpful and professional technician we've worked with in awhile. He was patient and willing to explain every part of the repair he was doing.
