I have had a few plumbing repairs done recently and Plumber has been to my house every time and he has been very pleasant, thorough and conscientious about his work and easy to work with. On two occasions Keith the Supervisor was also there with Plumber and he was also very pleasant and easy to work with as well.

Really lovely service. They were super quick and helpful and also lovely on the phone as well as in person. The charge is reasonable for a last minute call out and I would 100% call them immediately again if I had an issue. Can’t recommend enough!

We went through the very long process of annexing into the City of Texas to have access to city water to have difficulty finding a contractor to do the work. We reached out to Sheffield Plumbing and they came through for us! They were prompt, thorough and professional! An A+ company with great employees! A huge shoutout to William. Matthew did great work and was very helpful. Remodeling my first home and there were multiple plumbing issues from corroded drains to broken valves. For a reasonable price, especially in comparison to other plumbers on thumbtack, was able to fix and replace drains and valves. Also caught a refrigerator broken valve the home inspection missed. Great price and service. Very efficient and helpful. I highly recommend it.

William showed up on time and was very professional to install a new water softener. While he was here he drained our hot water heater and explained to me how to use the new softener. He also set up a 30 day appointment to reinspect his work and make sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend Sheffield Plumbing.

Toilet issues in the bathroom. Called to set up an appointment, which was set up in two days. Kept me informed of their arrival time and turned up on time. Figured out what the issue was. Notified me of the anticipated cost before beginning the work and sought my permission first. Outlined the issues. Cleaned up after fixing the two issues that existed. This was completed in less than an hour.

I recently relied on Sheffield Plumbing to install a new hot water heater, and the technician William.was wonderful. I spoke to several contractors who gave insane price estimates for the job, but they delivered professional service with an amazing turnaround time for the right price. He coordinated my work schedule, answered all of my questions, and completed the job in less than 2 hours. I only regret that I didn't contact Sheffield Plumbing first. Thanks, guys!

I am very pleased to recommend Sheffield Plumbing. They were very quick to respond and came out to do the requested work. Gerald was professional, pleasant, hard working, and definitely skilled! He completed my cartridge replacement and cleaned up, too! I will definitely be calling him again when I next need plumbing work done.

We had probelms with shower faucet. Attempts we made to find parts for old faucets to no avail. We needed to install a new shower faucet and were on a time constraint and they adjusted their schedule to get job done which was greatly appreciated. Truly a professional operation. Thank you

When I called in with my problem (water pouring out of the kitchen drain piping in the wall) The scheduler was friendly and helpful. The plumber arrived just a few hours later. Tonight, I called Sheffield Plumbing due to sewage being backed up and left a message. They called me back immediately, had someone there within 30 minutes, 15 minutes later, clog was clear. Unfortunately I have had to call them several times due to plumbing issues but I wouldnt call anyone else. I highly recommend Sheffield Plumbing!

William was dispatched to my building to clear a clogged sewer. He discovered the problem and began replacing my line the next day! For an emergency, the price was great, and the sewer was installed and the yard was restored in just a few days! This company puts their customers first and your problem becomes theirs until it is taken care of. I recommend them for all plumbing needs!

Highly recommend this business. We had a pipe burst in our basement this morning and we called Craftsman based on a recommendation from a friend. Alex arrived within 30 minutes and was super helpful explaining what happened, what he was going to do to fix it, and how much it would cost.
