Rustico Tile & Stone

If you want real Saltillo tile, Rustico is it. Melanie and Shelley were responsive to all my questions through email and over the phone. They are honest in their recommendation of ordering extra due to breakage and the natural qualities and "flaws" and make it authentic. It is perfectly imperfect; exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I bought Saltillo tile from Rustico. The team there has been very attentive to any questions and they have lots of information about all stages of the purchase, from design, to ordering, shipment, and even installation. They help every step of the way.

Terrible company with no integrity.

I paid for a $3,000+ tile order. The tile shipped to me much later than had been communicated, taking about 3 months.

The tile install company then started laying tile but was only able to get halfway through a kitchen tile renovation before realizing Rustico only sent half the order (after waiting so long). Rustico then refused to even consider a refund or even offer half.

It's just not worth the highway robbery of ordering from the company. Plenty of other tile suppliers out there. Order $3000 of tile, get half what you paid for, many weeks after they said they'd deliver it.

Can't imagine what excuse they'll type in the reply. I'm guessing they'll try to blame me like on other review responses.

I called Rustico Tile and Stone and spoke with Melanie. I needed Mexican Saltillo Tile. She asked me to send a photo of what I was trying to match. Shortly thereafter, Melanie contacted me with a price, and I immediately gave her my shipping address. And when did all this happen, TODAY, August 1,2022. My husband and I purchase Saltillo tile from Rusico to replace carpet in 3 bedrooms. We never laid tile before and the folks at Rusico were so helpful every step of the way. From ordering the right tile, to the delivery, to the on line instructions and the quick response via email and phone calls. We are so pleased with our new floors and the customer service at Rusico Tile.

Rustico was great to deal with in terms of customer service, and the tiles are beautiful, high quality and long lasting.

I was skeptical about buying from an out of state company. I made a 1200 square foot order with mixed styles of tiles. When the tiles came I could not be happier with the product. The tiles were professionally packed in pallets. We had minimal breakage during the transit. The follow up support is amazing and all questions were answered quickly.
I posted an after picture after sealing the tiles.

We had Saltillo floor installed with decorative Mexican tile inserts. Rustico was wonderful to work with and we are very pleased with the workmanship and results. We receive many compliments from our friends.

Rustico tore out an old saltillo floor that was loose and cracked and replaced it with new saltillo. It looks beautiful and retains the rustic look we like. After seeing the difference, we decided to hire Rustico to replace more old floor. They are efficient and reliable. Only warning, it is a messy job. Be prepared to cover everything in your house and hire a clean up crew afterward.

We had a great experience with Rustico Tile from picking out our tile to instillation…everyone helped to make our project beautiful! Gorgeous tile! So happy! We can’t wait for our next project with this company because we know what great service they provide.
