She ask to much of my personal business. She did not tell me all of information that I need to bring. She had me going back in forth in cold weather. Then took for ever to do loan refinance. Then lie in said that my car insurance had expired. But it did not. She just ask for proof of address not looking all through my personal business. I never been treated like this for past 4year's. That I been with this Regional Finance.

Great customer service! I am quite surprised to read the previous negative comments since everyone I have worked and working with at this location have been the nicest. As soon as I cashed my check, I was called and welcomed with kind words and reassurance of many ways they can help.
I first spoke to a woman and then a very nice young man, I believe his name was Anthony and he helped out professionally and proficiently. I am proud to be an on going customer. Thank you Regional!

I have done two loans from them for 2000 each time and paid back on time each time. I came in today to get a new loan and they said I don’t have the right tax form? Well according to my accountant and irs I filed everything that I need. Total waste of time. I’ll never come back again.
