Radiant reached out to me to do a free yearly inspection of my furnace and AC. At first, I was a little skeptical but agreed to have a technician come to my home. I received a visit from Eric, who was extremely knowledgeable about my AC system and taught me a bunch of stuff I didn't know. He took thorough photos and notes of anything to watch out for, and gave me some bids for potential cleaning/repair work that could be done. However, he wasn't pushy at all and I really appreciated him taking the time to educate me. I was impressed by the free inspection overall and thought Eric did a great job! Would definitely consider Radiant for future needs based on my interaction with them today.

Adam was very knowledgable and went beyond the norm. He suggested things to help the unit maintain peak efficiency and explained the reason for the fix that was required. I would like Adam to be sent for future visits since he knows the unit and it's limitations.

The tech was very honest, sincere and knew his chosen field. Gave many suggestions about our furnace and a/c. Would call him back if needed. Very professional.

They are the only plumbing and a/c company I hire. They are always ready to get the job done. Very knowledgeable! When I have to call them they get it done the same day.
I’ve dealt with other companies in the past that never have the materials needed for the job and they take forever. But with Radiant Plumbing and A/C they are always prepared and they always surprise me on how fast they get the job done. I’d rather pay full price than to go through my warranty!

Quick response and same day appointment. The technician, Jason Repman, was awesome! Super thorough and took the time to explain what the source of my water pressure problem was. Presented different options to maximize my budget. Extremely professional and respectful of my home. Will definitely recommend again. You rarely see excellent service like this anymore after the COVID crisis also killed customer service and has little recovered 2 yrs since.

Joseph and Jason were awesome! They were able to identify the faulty and worn out components quickly and efficiently. They did a thorough inspection on each bathroom and had the replacement parts on-hand to complete the repairs. I promptly received the paperwork necessary to document the work performed. This week I called them back with concerns about the leak potentially still present and their answering service staff were friendly and attentive in taking my call to make sure Jason/Joe were following up with us personally, asap. Jason came out after a text of what time he would arrive. He changed out parts on both toilets. One of em was a water waster as I guessed from my water bill. Very professional and courteous. I also like they are paperless

When 3 other companies had come out and told me that my 6 year old unit was beyond repair Troy came out and within minutes told me all you need are a couple of ounces of Freon and here we are today the unit is still working like a champ. We went through this extremely hot summer without a problem.

Jason and Joe were amazing, professional, and timely, and I very much appreciate the quality of work they performed. I have a somewhat unique plumbing situation and have had half a dozen plumbers ghost me once they came to my house. Fearing the same result, I called Radiant. Joe showed up exactly when he said he would and spent the time needed to properly evaluate my situation. He came up with a plan that met my needs and at a price I could tolerate. The next day, Jason and Joe showed up on time and knocked out the work. I am very happy with this experience and will have them back for all of my plumbing needs.

Ken Carruth explained air flow incoming and outgoing did not pressure us into making decisions right or wrong Gabriel and Steve did the duct work very professional no drama tactics answered our questions on what they did it was exactly what ken had explained to us
