- my family's birth certificates and social security cards, and many personal items were "mysteriously missing"/stolen from my home (which he denies completely), and ruined over thousands of dollars of newly non-refundable materials and supplies, unauthorized money was taken from my bank account

- left my home in really bad condition and non-functional, no show many times, had several excuses missing schedules times to complete work that I paid Terrell Cortez Alexander (aka: Taj Ali) to complete

- do not allow Kevin Jordan with Heavenly Restoration in your home - they worked as a team to steal out my home

- Terrell Alexander (from Saint Louis) has blocked my number - look up this info to form your own opinions

Such a professional and honest company. Their prices are fair. Their work is excellent. Their quoting process is super fast. And they are prompt. We will definitely do business with them again in the future.

The painting and the handyman repairs to my house were well needed and cared for by the owner and his assistant!

Taj has been my maintenance man for the current property I've been living in. He always goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are satisfied. He always makes sure everything is done correctly and follows up. He's very courteous and polite and can guarantee the job will be done. I highly recommend his service. He gets the job done.

I had plumbing work done in my home. I am so thankful I chose Taj and his team. Everyone was so kind and polite. They kept me informed on their progress. And did a great job. I don’t think I could have had anyone better. I highly recommend them.

I chose this company because I try to support black owned businesses whenever possible. I chose Taj and his business because of the great reviews.
He and two of his employees did some work on my sister’s home. Her experience was not as great as others. We were initially told that the repairs would be finished in a week…Let me first say that his two employees that installed tile (professional job) replaced a back door, and installed a ceiling fan, (good job) came and did what was needed, and finished on schedule. Taj stained front door, and replaced some wood around garage door. This took a couple of weeks…… There were a couple of things that he promised to finish, but didn’t. He scheduled several different times with promises to show up and finish, but never did.and didn’t bother to call. I waited to leave my review, hoping he would finish, but he didn’t.
To be honest, the unfinished work is not major, but it is still unfinished. (Installing transition strips between tile and carpet in bathrooms, and cleaning up some paint that was spilled in the driveway.
It seems that maybe Taj is trying to take on too many jobs at once.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it definitely could have been better.

Taj did a great job with my toilet installation and he also went the extra mile with his customer service! Go ahead and book him!

The owner, Taj Ali is an honorable man. In spite of what could be considered an intolerable delay, he returned to complete the job and was very reasonable when we discussed a discount considering the inconveniences I was caused. I feel I will use his service again. Hard to find honest contractors these days.

The work was performed professionally. He did not waste time and did a great job repairing 2 closets. One is in the master bedroom; the other is a coat closet. He was polite, professional, and prompt. I highly recommend this company.

Great service! I had a light fixture that fell and needed to be installed in the ceiling. Taj was able to reinstall if for me.

Mr. Ali was very polite and knowledgeable. When contacted, he was able to help troubleshoot the main issue, saving us and himself money and time for unnecessary repairs and purchases. He was able to come to the house within his allotted timeframe and completed the service with the utmost respect. We will use him again, and refer our family and friends.

I reached out to Taj for a repair request needed for a flower bed faucet. He was able to get it back working flawlessly and I have had no issues since then. We will not hesitate to use him for future issues and repairs!

Taj did a bad job communicating with me. The guy that he brought over to do the job was great. Next time I would love to just communicate with just the worker. He was very informative.

I called Taj to see if he could help, and sadly he doesn't do what I was needing, but he was honest about it. He didn't try and sell me his service, he was upfront and I appreciated the honesty & transparency. However, if when I do have a job that he can do you can bet I'll be giving him a call.

Taj did an excellent job patching the holes in my walls, and laying new tile on my floor. I did not have all of the correct tiles, but Taj blended it and you couldn’t tell that they’re were 2 different tiles. He also agreed to come back to put my toilet back in place free of charge on his day off. His professionalism and expertise was evident in everything he did! I definitely will be using him again.

Taj is amazing. I needed some minor plumbing work done. I originally purchased the wrong part he was nice enough to go to the hardware store with me and picked out the correct part I needed. Had some cracks in the drywall. Came out the next day to give me a quote. Definitely where I wanted to spend. Guy came 9am and started working ASAP! No time was wasted. He was good! Had over 10 cracks prepped, house prepped, filled, sanded, textured in 7 hours! Plan on hiring again in the future.

Taj was great, he fixed the leak in my tub and recaulked the sides he is very professional and arrives on time.check him out you will be glad you did!
