Awesome team! Pro Brush helped with the conversion of my garage into an Art Studio. They created a wooden ceiling with cross planks that allowed for install of track lighting and made studio unique. Also this team stained and sealed my concrete floor. Once flooring complete touch-up painting was provided to complete studio conversion. Thank You Rene and Alex!

Local company here in Arlington. Very professional. They prepped for an entire day making sure floors and items were covered. Prep of surfaces was meticulous and the results showed. Great communication along the way with a project manager and they showed up in force to get it done quick. Final touch ups went above and beyond. Would recommend.

The Technician, Angel, did an excellent job. He was efficient and professional. The final paint job was very satisfactory. He was professional and timely.

I had Pro Brush do the interior painting in the past, they did a very good job so when my window frames are rotten/broken I called them back for a repair. The crews were very polite, friendly, and professional. They did a very good job and finished everything in 2 days. I highly recommend them.

I had them come do an estimate, and it was way high compared to previous quotes I had, just had not been within a time frame I needed, he did take off quite a bit, which I appreciate, but the work done was still not worth the price.

I told him I wanted to have the 4" rubber baseboards installed which apparently was not actually included with my estimate, and they just applied spackle to the torn drywall from the previous baseboard and only enough to where 4" baseboard could cover the rest which later on will cause issues because it's not sealed.

He first asked me if I want to have all of the baseboard repaired or if I can cover it with fixtures and such for my business, which I thought was just odd and unprofessional.

I told the painter I wanted a dark grey, and I quickly looked on Home Depots site because he was already getting everything and needed to know.well the color I provided did not match what was shown online at all and came out black, but even though he knew I was going for a dark grey, without making sure the color was what I wanted, he continued to paint my entire store black.

When I got back and saw it, I said it was black, he kept persitting that it was dark grey. At this point I was upset, and left again to go take my dog out and came back when they finished and I again pointed out that it was not what I wanted, and nothing like how I described what I was going for and he should have noticed right away.
The pictures shown online for the color were not advertised properly, so he should have double checked with me to make sure it was what I wanted when he first applied paint and saw it was black.

One thing that was apart of our agreement was that they would help me get my concrete stain because I could not get it at Home Depot or Lowes, and they never followed through. I haven't heard from them since they cashed the second check!

Quite upset with the overall service and work done. I will have to repaint my store, and will have to correct what they did to the baseboards because it will just peel up if not properly sealed, and it is already peeling up again!

Angel was awesome. They were on time, courteous, and efficient. These guys finished the project in half the time of the proposal. Work is spot on. Couldn't be more pleased.

Oh man. I found this from all the great reviews, and so I am shocked at how horrible our experience was. They were NOT the cheapest quote we received, but we were hoping for quality work so didn't mind paying for it. Unfortunately, quality is not what we got.

Our project was supposed to take one week, Monday to Monday. We planned to be out of the house for that duration as we have infant twins and did not want them around the fumes.

We received a call 2 days before scheduled completion from Angel that they were wrapping up and we could walk the project with him. We were still out of town until the scheduled end date, and then Angel said he would be gone until the end of that week, but I figured with them completing early, they must not have much to touch up and I could just follow up with him later. BOY WAS I WRONG

We showed up to the house and there is trash all over our front yard. We enter the house and it is FILTHY (after we paid extra for cleaning, mind you). They were supposed to install a new ceiling fan, it is still on the ground with EXPOSED WIRES on our ceiling. The trim that was installed was the complete wrong type. There was clearly two different types of sheen used on the walls, one flat and one satin. The retexturing was very sloppy. They did not even bother to take the socket covers off before painting, nor tape over the outlets because they just painted right over them! They didn't take off handles or anything like we were told they would and like you would expect from a pro crew. Just sloppy.

I called Angel with my concerns, and he said that the fan wasn't installed because the downrod doesn't fit. A quick check by my husband and yes, it totally DID fit, but more importantly, why are we only JUST THEN hearing about it, when the project was supposedly done days prior? He sent a his painter back out two days later to start addressing our painting quality issues, but there's really only so much they can do without starting the project completely over, and we didn't have time for that. Not to mention, we adamantly wanted our children away from these fumes, but now we had no option but to live in this for ANOTHER WEEK AND A HALF while they fixed things. Yes, you read that correctly. It took them more than twice as long to complete.

Finally Angel comes back into town and I have him come over to see the issues. I show him the incorrect trim was installed and he says "yes you are right that is not what I sent the trim guy". So CLEARLY Angel never bothered to visit the project at any point.

Also, we were quoted and requested Sherwin Williams paint. They used Behr. Which is far less expensive and far lower quality.

To their credit, they did what they could to fix the problems, but there were far too many problems for a "Pro" job, and not everything could be fixed.

I have used Probrush several times over the last few years. They have done outdoor painting as well as dry wall repair, install, cabinet painting as well as interior painting. I always ask for Renee because of the level of trust I have developed not only with Probrush, but also Renee. His team is always professional, polite, clean, and timely. You cannot do better than placing your trust in Renee at Probrush.

What a positive experience through the entire project. The team worked so well together which kept the flow of progress going quickly and successfully. I personally have worked directly with hundreds of different contractors and I rank this team #1 in my book. They have more than earned my business for the future.

We used ProBrush to paint our master bathroom after updating our shower and vanity. They also helped us select and install a sliding barn door for the bathroom, which has really added to the overall appeal of our new bathroom. We were very happy with their work. We had some interior damage that needed to be repaired due to some previous foundation issues. Pro brush showed up on time to give us an estimate, had the quote ready within a couple hours and were actually able to start the job the very next day. The workers showed up on time, were very respectful of my family and our home. They took their time carefully removing curtains and blinds, and completely covering our couch and tv stand with plastic. Even laying down paper on my floors so they wouldn’t get our wood floors dirty. The work they did exceeded my expectations. I will definitely call Pro Brush for future projects in my home.

These guys are good. After watching them paint my neighbors house I decided to ask for an estimate. I had two estimates already and was prepared to use another company. However after getting the estimate weighing out the cost and seeing the level of care that was taken on my neighbors house I decided to go with Pro Brush. It was not necessarily the cheapest. They did an excellent job on all levels. As with most home projects there are always unforeseen Bumps in the road so to speak. Each time that we face the challenge that was unexpected I was able to communicate what needed to be done and they helped come up with a solution. Most of the time this was handled without involving The entire chain of command. It says a lot for leader ship when the guys can handle these challenges without having to get approval for every little thing. Or in most cases people just try to get out of doing what really should be done.
