After a very bad hail storm, we contact priority roofing to help us replace our roof. We worked with Maria Nájera and she gave us the best customer service, she was with us through out the whole process with great communication, punctuality and professionalism. I can't say enough about Brandon Roberts. I live out of state. My mother's roof had hail damage and needed to be fix. Brandon was able to work with me and my mother's insurance company to get her a new roof, gutters and repair some damage to her fence. He made sure I had pictures of all the work being done. I never felt like I didn't know what was going on with the work. I could text or call Brandon at anytime of the day with a two hour difference. We sometime ended up chatting early in the morning or later in the evening. I'm so grateful that Brandon and his wife Elizabeth partnered with me to get a new roof for my mother a new roof. The work was done quickly and well.

Without Priority Roofing’s Jordan J. Sakhai on our roof work would on never gotten done. The first time our work was submitted to the insurance company they declined my roof replacement. The first time the insurance company used a contract adjuster that looked at our roof and gave it a used but ok for use. Jordan disagreed with that evaluation and said to hang on and on the next storm with hell that blew through we should just submit another claim. Which only happened in a 4-5 weeks. We filed another claim after the second storm and our project was approved. With out his help and determination our roof would of never had been replaced.

Fantastic. Super responsive, quick to diagnose and fix the problem both outside and inside. Highly recommended. I will absolutely use them again.

The owner, Shelby Way, is in a networking group with me. I believe he gives his absolute best to his customers. The company offers a free roof inspection. Not every roofing company does that. They also do not collect payment until the job is completed. There are lots of roofing companies near and in Tyler, Texas. Its wild. However his business is the ONLY one I trust. I have lived in Tyler for 40 years and I am aware of many roofing companies. I am not familiar with them all, so please forgive me for trusting only one. I am sure there are other good roofing companies in Tyler. When the head of the business lives by integrity and honesty, the whole business prospers. I believe he has only done this for 8 years and look at the amount of places he has his business, including California! If your roof is near 7 years old, you should have it inspected once a year. If you have had a big storm, you have one year to get your roof fixed or the insurance companies will not help you. It is FREE. Schedule your roof inspection before another big storm hits.

Julian was very professional in terms of roof replacement. They are honest and friendly. They know what he is doing and he makes sure everything was perfect from start to end. Kudos!

By great luck, I happened to see a Priority Roofing truck at my neighbor's house. I quickly did a internet review of Priority and found that they have great reviews. I met Kelcie from Priority and asked if she would inspect my roof as it was in great need to be replaced.

As soon as Kelcie finished her inspection of the neighbor's house she came over to talk to me and inspected my roof. Kelcie was simply amazing! Very professional, personable, knowledgeable beyond her years. I decided on the spot to cancel other inspections from other roofing companies. I was not disappointed! Kelcie was in constant contact with us. She also came to my house twice when my insurance adjusters came to inspect my roof and inside. Kelcie knew Priority would get my business, yet she continued hard with the insurance company to ensure they did their part. Kelcie was a true advocate for me!

The roofing team showed up on time and immediately started to replace the roof. I was shocked that they were able to complete it all in one day! I can also say that they left my yard looking better than when they arrived with all the clean up they did. All of their roofers were very nice and respectful. What I also liked was that Priority did not ask me for one penny before the job was completed. They also gave me a written guaranty.

Brandon & Elizabeth were so easy, professional and pleasant to work with. I knew we chose the right roofing company after meeting them. We had been told our roof was not damaged by the recent storms in our area. We are older folks and trusted the inspectors assessment but noticed many neighbors had damage. That's when Brandon & Beth went to bat for us with our insurance company by meeting our adjustor AND inspector that ultimately reversed their decision and that resulted in a brand new roof for us. Wow I was amazed. I would not have been able to do that without their knowledge and negotiating skills. I would recommend them and Priority for a new roof without any hesitation.

On top of all of the extras Brandon & Elizabeth helped us pick the perfect color. I consider them both honest and hardworking and they delivered on their promises to take care if us.

Really shady business practices. Tried to take advantage of an older single lady, and bully me into paying for work that wasn't contacted or actually worked on. Didn't even show up to a meeting with the insurance company to discuss costs, was a no show and I had to fill in for him. Should have taken that as my warning not to do business with them. Really awful at communication and showing up on time, unless he's trying to take advantage of you for payment.

Initially, everything started great, but there was a disagreement and the communication suffered a bit throughout the process. However, the work performed was excellent, efficient and the crew was very clean. My initial rating was lower, but I spoke with the Owner (Will) to express my concerns. He went above and beyond to remedy everything, and finish out the deal with the utmost professionalism. Thanks!

From start to finish, better than I could have ever dreamed of. Things went so smothly and quickly. I got the weather guard hp upgrade and couldn’t be happier. Incredible difference, and so worth it. Most builder grade shingles are rated for 60mph winds and limited hail resistance. These are rated for twice that, from what I remember. Much better suited for our area.

Just did complete tear off reroof on an older home. They answered our call quickly. They were honest about the work that needed to be done. They worked steady and hard. Very pleased.

This company rocks. I had them give me a quote last January to replace my roof. They honored the quote when I pulled the trigger in August. The sales staff were very responsive whenever I had a question before and during the installation.

The installation crew were absolutely fabulous. They came on time and cleaned up the area every day. When they did the roof they covered my car in the driveway. They were among the most professional folks I've met. I don't know who does the training but they were 6 star.

The best part was the financing, they went through my insurance company and after paying deductible, we had absolutely no out of pocket expenses.

We had our roof redone by Priority. We opted for the flat roof and although a bit costly, it was worth every penny and more! We hired Priority, to replace an old roof that had been installed by another roofing company.

Greg from Priority did a great job of explaining everything we wanted/needed to know and also answered any questions we had.

Working with Priority was fantastic. They gave us clear instructions for the days leading up to the roofing install and had great communication, and were absolute professionals.

I had a leaking roof directly above the electrical panel in my garage. I've been living in the house for 6 months and had no idea cause it was covered by some insulation, then we had some rain and I noticed water pooling on the floor. I tried to stop it from falling on the electrical panel but nothing worked.

The next day I called Priority and was able to get me an appointment. Even with all the other appointments, Priority managed to get out to me to fix the leak. He nailed a couple of pieces of sheet metal to divert the water away from the hole in my roof and applied some roofing cement and said that should hold til I'm ready to replace it. Given it's only a temporary fix because we plan on doing a complete job as well.

The leak was caused by the rotting plywood underneath where the power lines were mounted by the anchor. Priority replaced my roof completely and I am very satisfied with the product and quality of labor.

Priority did a fantastic job on my roof. We have a property in Dallas, and we were nervous at first since we could not be there 24/7. The roof turned out beautiful, and we were amazed at the short amount of time it took them to do the entire roof. From the appointment setting to the estimate, to completion, they were flawless. Very reliable and trustworthy company. Highly recommend these guys.

I don't give out five stars very often, but the people I have dealt with from Priority deserve it.

Our new roof has really helped to bring value to our home. My roof had a couple of trouble spots, and they were quick to come and fix any problems we had. They even came back and cleaned our porch, when I told them there was still some residue on them, from the new roof they installed.

We are very happy knowing we don't have anymore leaks in our 80 year old home, and if we did, we know Priority would be on it!

Great experience from the initial phone call to the completed work. Jimmy was able to come and check out the wood rot under the eave the same day I called him. He was professional and thorough as he looked at the project. He gave us all the upfront costs, which was very reasonable. The crew was here 2 days later to fix the problem. They replaced the wood needed plus 1 more, and painted the area of work. It looks beautiful. They went above and beyond, I would use them again and would recommend them for your repairs.

Everything was great and the work was done within 2-3 days. Aaron and his wife were both incredible. On a scale of 1-10 it was an 11! I would recommend to anybody that needs a new roof.

Priority Roofing went above and beyond to take care of our old, patched-up roof. The entire team is great communicators through email and in person. They listened to our concerns. Brandon was our roofer and they worked hard to get the job done. Those two are a great team. Every time I went to observe them, they would explain what they did, what they were doing and what they planned to do the next day. We showed our appreciation daily with hot coffee and they really liked that. They made sure the grounds were cleaned before leaving for the day. Well, I will tell you why you need to use Priority. They are very professional in their work, matched the paint color to the front of my house just perfectly with new roof color. The work was done in a timely fashion, as quoted no loud music, and crew who were clean and meticulous. Oscar’s crew is the best. Perfect job, no mess, and on time.
