Just walked out and will take my business elsewhere. Walked around for 15 20 minutes, while 3 sales women sat behind front desk talking, & not one asked if I needed help. They weren’t busy & I was the only customer in store.
Lost out! I was looking for large dining room chandelier, entry way chandelier, kitchen pendants + kitchen chandelier.

Terrible customer service

Ignored nearly every time we walk in this place. Just walked out after hearing the lady at the front desk on a personal call about a citation. After my wife was like ok we want this one. We need to outfit an entire new home. We’ll shop elsewhere.

I ordered lighting from Passion for my entire house about 10 months ago and have enjoyed each piece so much. Trish was super helpful and knowledgeable. They have a large inventory and the process start to finish with all employees was top notch!

Jair from Passion Lighting installed a beautiful fan the other day and he did a wonderful job. He was polite, very clean and careful with our wood floors and explained the fan operation completely. I will definitely shop here again!

I spoke with Bruce. He has no manors and is very quick to insult you. I called looking for help and wanting to buy a product from him if he had want I needed. His first question to me was “ did you buy your light fixture from me”. I responded no. He proceeded to tell me, And I quote “ I am not a public library”. And if you have any questions you should figure it out with your electrician. I had every intention of buying product from Bruce. Bruce was only interested in me if I had already paid him for one of his over priced products. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I work with lighting all the time and for Bruce to be such a disrespectful “ professional lighting salesman” is so saddening. Bruce refused to answer my question pertaining to product that he sold in his store. If you can go to any other store in all of DFW please go there. And if this company is the only option for you. You are better off not getting the light at all. Please never use this store.

We walked into the store ten minutes before closing (thought it closed later) but it didn’t seem to bother Trish and she went right to work asking us what we needed. I only knew I needed to replace all the fixtures in our house. She showed me a few and got a feel for my style right away. Just short of an hour later she had helped us pick everything out, printed pictures, an took our order. I couldn’t be more thrilled not to knock that out so fast. Trish knows her stuff, she was a rockstar!

I had a new ceiling fan installed today. Jair was exceptional! Great communication before arrival, on time, polite, professional and had an amazing smile and kind demeanor! The installation was very tidy! He removed the old fan, installed the new one, cleaned up and was on his way! Passion Lighting is the best! Shop here first for lighting fixtures as they have a great showroom and large selection! They also have other decor in addition to lighting. Their employees are nice, knowledgeable and go out of their way to help. Most recently, Sue helped us find the perfect replacement master bath light fixtures and guest bath mirrors. Jair did a great job installing the master bath lighting. Sue also helped us navigate shipping issues on the mirrors which was much appreciated! Many thanks to Sue, Jair and Passion Lighting!

Worked with Nina 5 years ago for a local build. Working again with Nina for the next home to be built AND for our kids remodel. We moved to Flower Mound 6 years ago and have changed many fixtures in that time. We always return to Passion lighting. Recently, Krystal helped me choose exterior lights for our home. Walked around the showroom for 10 or 15 minutes waiting for one of the five or so sales people working on the floor. Hoping to gets some help with a lantern mount. When a sales person finally saw me they immediately offered to help the customer who came into the store after me. First time and last time I will shop here.

Went to this store today and not one person asked us if we needed help. They looked at us like we were bothersom and they lost a massive sale. Rude rude rude!

I have used Passion Lighting in Grapevine for 2 remodel projects. Everything I saw online through other companies, they have and more! They also have a lot of catalogs with many more options. Trish was FANTASTIC! She has an eye for design and gave me several options to choose from for each of the rooms. She was very knowledgeable on all the lines, how high/low to hang fixtures, how small/large fixture needed per room and helped me achieve the look I wanted. Not to mention she was such a sweet lady. I HIGHLY recommend Passion Lighting!

Bill and his crew installed landscape lighting several years ago. We still love the placement of the fixtures. We had a problem with one side of house going out and his crew found where a concrete contractor had cut one of our wires. Thank you for being so quick to find and repair.
