This place is a mess. Not enough help. Placed an online order hours earlier and it wasn’t ready. Couldn’t get anyone to help so we just went and grabbed our order ourselves. Finally someone noticed and apologized.

Customer Service is wonderful! They’re always helpful and friendly in the Tech department and supplies the printing. I don’t know what I do if they weren’t there.

Office Depot management, stockers, helpers, cashier ops, all are good, Good, GOOD and better, Better, BETTER than other choices we have in Houston.

Love the customer service right when you walk in. They don't see you as poor or rich. The help every customer that walks through does doors. One cashier in particular was the sweetest, her name is Gina give her a raise.
