I am so pleased with Mr. David from Mr. Handyman, the work was great on time and just what I asked for. David did such a great job and was so nice. I will use him and Mr. Handyman again. Super great job.

Mark did a great job! My concern is with payment options; not being able to use a credit or debit card unless a three percent surcharge is passed on to the customer. Even when you pay by check, there is a charge built in for that too. It has become absurd that some businesses (not all) are passing charges on to customers and then credit card companies have fees if you don't pay in full. For those business owners who have the gall to pass on their cost of doing business to the customer, why don't you simply charge a few dollars more and get rid of the surcharge. I refuse to continue doing business with those who charge extra for a credit card.

Mark was a very hardworking man-
The only problem we had was his co-worker came and installed cabinets above the washing machine, Mr Lewis forgot to put the drain back in-we had a massive flood this morning- The water even went outside from the mud room to the patio porch-

Had 2 repairs done to our home. Mark came out and walked me through the best steps to add a dryer vent to our newly purchased home and Ronald made quick work of repairing our ceiling that I had put a hole in on accident. They were prompt with the repairs being able to complete them with in a day of me speaking to them and the service was wonderful. Will be considering them for any future repairs we may need

The cost was a little steeper than I would have liked, but everything else about the service was top-notch. My repair needs were very time-sensitive, so the quick response time definitely made the cost a little easier to swallow.

Mark came out and was phenomenal. He was friendly and professional. He mounted 2 garage ceiling units and did awesome. I will use y’all again I hope you guys send Mark!

Serviceman was on time & super professional, very kind & did excellent work! Some of the pricing was a bit obscure, but office staff was very informative & quick to resolve the issue.

Chad Lawrence did an awesome job. He was straight to the point. He came to the door, let me know what was gonna happen, closed the door, I fell asleep, he knocked and told me he was done installing the basketball goal, nd I went outside and checked it out and it was perfect. It was like he was never there and the goal just appeared outside lol. Love it. Chad is the best.

Chad did repair work for us and was very quick to understand our needs and did the work exactly like we wanted. He did not waste time. We will use Mr. Handyman of Burleson in the future. When we do so, we will request Chad.

Excellent, detailed work! Professional level repairs just completed. Tech wore clean boot covers and was very professional throughout the process, with a thorough walk through of needs and what will be done for maintenance and repair prior to performing. Thorough walk through was also done upon completion of repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.

The work performed was done quite well after a busted pipe flooded my closet. However, the price for 1.5 hours of labor was 222 dollars. I find this outrageous.

We had three major projects of renovations and repair in order to ready our home to put up on the market. After contacting Mr. Handyman of Burleson they sent out Dylan to discuss a timeline and provide an estimate. As all contract and construction projects normally go, there were multiple hiccups and unforeseen issues to resolve. Although these issues were anticipated before the work began, what we didn't know was how easily we'd be able to work through them with our contractor. Luckily, Dylan made these periods of uncertainty a breeze compared to other experiences of contracted work in the past. For all future, small to medium-sized projects, Dylan and the Mr. Handyman of Burleson company will remain on our short list. We highly recommend them.

Highly recommend! We just used Mr Handyman to replace our French patio doors. Scheduling the estimate and the appointment was quick and easy, and they were very transparent about the costs and what would and wouldn't be included. David came out for the estimate and gave us some great feedback and once we purchased the doors he came back out to install and did an excellent job. We will definitely be using their services again in the future and have already recommended to family.
