We’ve had 2 fences installed by Magnolia now. The first about a year ago. They just finished our side yard project. Both fences are beautiful and we couldn’t be happier. The entire experience was easy. The online estimate tool was pretty accurate and gave us a good idea of what to prepare for. Tim Hudson came to the house a was very good at listening to what we wanted and helped us decide on which products to use and helped us stay within budget. Work was scheduled and started on time and took less time than we were told. Crews were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Even took the branches I had cleared out for the installation! Final price right on the mark with the estimate. They made sure we were happy with the final project before asking for payment. You should definitely have these guys put in your new fence.

I am a homeowner in a typical residential neighborhood. My neighbors and I have our backyards enclosed with shared wooden fences along our property lines.

Recently, two of my adjacent neighbors and I noticed that it was time to replace the fence that runs across my entire backyard and is shared with the homeowner directly behind my house and the fence that runs from my house to the back fence (and is shared with my next-door neighbor). The neighbor behind me wanted to have the replacement fence installed with the smooth side facing her home just like the smooth side that faces mine. That is, we wanted our replacement back fence to be smooth on both sides.

Another neighbor advised that he recently had a fence installed by Magnolia Fence and Patio and recommended that I contact them. I contacted Magnolia who advised that the fencing industry has developed a specific metal fence post designed to hold fence pickets on both sides so each homeowner can have a smooth side, yet the fence panel is not much thicker than a standard single panel fence which has the fence post showing on one side. We chose Magnolia and this design.

Magnolia sent three different crews (each specialized in what they do). The first crew removed all the old fencing and fence posts and hauled them away. They even hauled away some miscellaneous debris that had collected in the back corner of the old fence. This crew also installed the new fence posts.

The next day the fence installation crew arrived and by using specialized tools were able to install the fence pickets quickly yet perfectly aligned. They also built a new wooden gate and installed it where a fence panel was in the old fence.

The last day a metal crew arrived to custom fabricate a metal reinforcement frame to be installed on the wooden gate. The metal frame will keep the gate from sagging for years to come. Although, the gate has some weight to it, Magnolia balanced it so well that it can be moved easily with one finger.

Throughout this whole project all the Magnolia employees acted professionally, and the crew leaders were happy to answer any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend Magnolia for any fencing projects.

We hired Magnolia to repair a drive gate that had been damaged during a thunderstorm. They were prompt in both looking at the job and the repair. Oh and they were also half the price of another local companies quote. Great job guys!

I had a pleasant experience working with Mr. Dakota from Magnolia Fence & Patio. I had some issue with HOA regarding the concert that was laid on my side yard and had to fix it to get an approval from HOA. So I had contacted few contractors to give me an estimate for the work. Among them, Dakota stood out due to his diligence and impeccable customer service. He actually advocated on our behalf with HOA so we did not have to make those changes. He spent his valuable time to work for us when we did not pay him a single dime. We really appreciate him for going above and beyond to help us. I look forward working with him in future.
