Kitchen & Bathroom Remodel

Jose is friendly and responsive. The subcontractors he brings in are also friendly and respectful. I never felt uncomfortable with anyone he brought into my home. He is knowledgeable and gave me his opinion on the different design elements I wanted. He made sure that my kitchen turned out beautiful. He also made sure to fix any issues. Will definitely hire him again when I am ready for more home renovations.

Jose and his team did an excellent job. He kept up great communication through the project. Everything was done on time and the results were beautiful.

It took 5 weeks but I feel like I'm living in a brand new house and I couldn't be more pleased. Jose and his crew were professional, efficient and respectful. They remodeled 3 bathrooms, repainted the inside of my house and replaced carpet with laminate. The resulting rooms are beautiful and the project was completed on time. I've attached before and after images of the master bathroom which required extensive tile work and plumbing reconfiguration.
Most of all though Jose was honest and responsive in his communication. He delivered exactly the bathrooms and room upgrades I asked for and addressed any issues or questions I had. I highly recommend them for any home renovations.

Jose and his team did an excellent job. They replaced our kitchen and bathroom tile (floors and wall), painted the entire interior of our house, installed our appliances, replaced multiple fixtures, replaced our fireplace tile repaired our front porch steps, and installed vinyl flooring in a flex space. Jose is extremely responsive to any questions and was really flexible timing wise if we needed to discuss anything. He also did our pretty involved project in about a month (we were not living there). I would recommend and use again!

We searched the internet and found 4 companies to visit and give us estimates. We found Jose Marquez to be the most timely on returning my call and setting up an appointment to come out. We read so many reviews maybe like this one. Jose knows remodeling and was able to give us an estimate right away. He was well within our budget and once we decided for sure on the project he actually met us at Floors and Decor on I-45 and patiently reviewed our decisions on both wall tile and floors and ceilings. He even met us at Home Depot to insure we picked fixtures that would work. Finally he recommended a glass door Installer.

We are extremely satisfied with our newly remodeled shower and would definitely use him again for any future projects. He and his team finished up in the pre-established timeframe.

Contacted them as I needed to replace drywall and tile removed to repair a leak in the master bathroom. They visited me the same day, and we talked about the work needed and set an appointment. They came when agreed, and did a very professional repair, all tile flush and aligned with the older tile (they had to do a bunch of tile cutting, some of it tricky, to match the shower pan contour). I'm very happy with the result, and I will call them again the next time I need bathroom restore/remodeling work. I recommend them.

We incurred damages from pipes bursting in our kitchen ceiling and master bedroom wall due to the winter storm. I decided to get quotes from 3 contractors. From the initial contact, scheduling the quote and work- to the completed job, Jose was nothing but professional and kept his word. His crew is knowledgeable and efficient. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
What was my deciding factor in going with Jose out of the other two you may ask. Answer: his courtesy and remembrance coupled with impeccable reviews. You will not see him writing any thing down. But his quotes are right on point. You can talk to him 6 weeks later and he still remember your issues to be resolved. Sharp! You’ve found the right contractor if you are reading this!

Jose and jorge were awesome to work with.jorge removed the old ceramic tile flooring, tub surround and a 9 foot accent wall.they installed with marble and decorative marble accents and it looks amazing! I am very detailed and particular, and they exceeded my expectations. The bid process to the start date was quick. It took 6 days, they cleaned their space every evening. Jorge was on time daily and very courteous. Such a sweet person. I would highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

We had a great experience using Jose and his team to remodel our bathroom! Jose was always checking in on his team every morning and at the end of the day along with inbetween, which is not something you see with most contractors. We bought a house that needed work and we hired K&B to do the job. Kitchen was complete remodel, master bathroom was complete demo, reconfigure and rebuild, convert tub to shower & retile in 2nd bathroom. Install new floors, remove popcorn texture and repaint ceiling throughout. Jose & his team were professional throughout the job. Communication was excellent. Anytime we called or sent a text, Jose’s response was prompt. His work proposal was documented and priced out. He completed the job on time & stayed within budget. The modifications we made were documented and priced out as well. The whole experience was professional & respectful - no anxiety or drama. We are satisfied with the quality of the finished project.

I was helping my parents try to find a contractor in Spring, TX for their 2.5 bathrooms and I wanted to make sure they weren't getting taken advantage of. My dad is getting older and wanted to turn the tub into a walk-in shower mainly, they also wanted an update. I found lots of options online and settled with Jose because of the pictures of his work on here and the reviews as well. He came and saw the house, gave us a quote, met with us to pick out tile and got to work as we discussed. Every single step of the way he checked in with me and my parents, communicated well and made sure we were ok with options. He did a fantastic job, and at a great price. He has a great crew of guys who have an exceptional eye for detail. Jose also helped find good colors or combos for the decor if we were stumped. Jose has completed several projects at my home. He has done a very good job on all projects. He's a young man, but he's very knowledgeable, dependable and he hires very experienced workers.

Really did an excellent job remodeling all (2 and 1/2) of my bathrooms. Took a little longer than originally anticipated but that's a good thing. His attention to detail was impeccable. Offered design suggestions throughout the construction project. Even covered my furniture in plastic to help avoid the dust. Did that without me having to ask. Definitely recommend for your kitchen or bath remodeling.
