Working with Celeste and Kitchen & Bath Decor has been a dream come true. The renovation of our kitchen and bathroom was a smooth and enjoyable journey. Celeste's expertise in design and her dedication to quality and detail made the entire process feel effortless. She was always available to answer our questions and made sure we were comfortable with each decision. The craftsmanship and quality of the work are evident in every corner. We are beyond thrilled with the outcome and can't thank Celeste and her team enough for turning our house into a beautiful, functional space that feels like a luxury retreat.

Our experience with Kitchen & Bath Decor was a nightmare. They hacked away at one bathroom for a couple of months and finished approximately 50% of the total job. The job was very small and simple, should have been easily done within two weeks, but they made a mess of it. Lousy contractors that pushes jobs off as low priority, and absolutely the worst project management I have witnessed. Before the project started our "project manager" actually brought us cookies, but in the end this guy was nothing but a liar and a scammer, along with the rest of the company personnel. Stay clear of this company. They have numerous pending lawsuits. After reading what is in some of these lawsuits, these people had similar experiences that we had with Kitchen & Bath Decor.

I thought initial communication was great. However, went quickly downhill. Treated quite poorly after. Didn’t show up to initial appointment and sent alternate people that showed 2 hours later. Later, Went to showroom and no one acknowledged our presence for close to 10 minutes as people sat inside a one way darkened glass office going in and out. Then once acknowledged, were told they never did any follow up design or work and it was a complete 2 hour waste of time after driving in from sugar land No follow up apology or reply. At least it was before giving them 35K, if they treat you this bad trying to earn your business, can only imagine how poor after they cash the deposit.

The affordability and quality of services rendered by Kitchen and Bath Decor have left us thoroughly pleased. It's a recommendation we extend to everyone. Their remodeling efforts have significantly transformed our new residence, catering to our request for additional storage space in an impressively short timeframe. Working with Celeste and her team was pure bliss! My husband and I recently bought our forever home. An 8,500 sqft home in Houston needed a complete remodel of 6 bedrooms and seven bathrooms. We were impressed with Home Pros the moment we walked through the door. Our designer, Jaime, created our vision and made our basement design come to life. Budget was respected and didn’t feel pressured for additional spending. Our contractor, Alex, made sure our project went smoothly and communicated often about schedule. He also was very helpful with permits and frequently monitored basement progress. Bruce and Phil did a wonderful job with all the carpentry and flooring installation. Rahn also did a great job with the plumbing. Lastly, Terrell was personable and made sure our experience was good. My wife and I recently chose Celeste from Kitchen and Bath Decor to help us remodel our home in Katy. We had heard many horror stories about contractors, so we talked with several companies but selected Celeste because we felt very comfortable with her from the start. She was within our budget and had no problem modifying our plan and designs several times when we changed our minds or found something we wanted was too expensive. She was always very open and upfront about change orders and keeps us in the loop during the construction. When construction started in August, Celeste had crews in the house working every single day. They worked tirelessly six days a week and finished the project early. Ultimately, our home remodeling project came out exactly how we envisioned. We are so happy, not only with our new house but also with how easy the remodeling process was. I couldn’t be more pleased with the hard surface interiors from Kitchen an Bath Decor Houston. We had twins coming, wasn't sure if we'd make it to the installation date, so they ever so caringly pulled some string and had us installed much sooner. Excellent timing because the babies arrived right after the cabinets and countertops were installed. It is beautiful. They took great care because of our pregnancy concerns, everyone was professional to work with and we'd recommend them to everyone.

Nice! Everyone from the first meeting, to the scheduler, the designer, the installers and the owner it was all a stellar experience with each and every person. Superb on customer service skills. This is the place to go for remodeling. Design help available right from the start, even if you're just trying to figure it out, they're a great source of knowledge in design. Well planned and perfectly executed, couldn't ask for a better bathroom remodeling experience.

We recently had our kitchen remodeled by Kitchen & Bath Decor, and we couldn’t be more happy with how well it turned out. We have a very small kitchen that was outdated and falling apart, so we wanted a modern look and to increase storage space. Kitchen & Bath Decor delivered on both, and now we have a kitchen that we love. The crew was extremely professional and wonderful to have in our home. Since our house is pretty old, there were a few construction challenges that they had to deal with, but they came up with some creative solutions around the issues to make sure everything looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend Kitchen & Bath Decor to do some other remodeling projects we have planned in the future.

We used Home Kitchen & Bath Decor Houston for a complete kitchen and dining room remodel. Celeste was amazing! She worked with us through several options/designs, and made changes until it was exactly what we wanted. The remodel team was professional and personable, and it was amazing how they cleaned up after each day of work, making it easy to still navigate the space under construction in the evenings without dragging dirt all over the house. Our lead carpenter was unbelievably talented - we trusted him with all the little details and decisions and he kept us updated throughout the entire process. Our project manager was also great. He kept us up to date on any changes or delays, and always answered any questions we had at any time. While it took a few months due to some delays with the suppliers of the sink/countertops (out of the control of the company), it was a stress-free process for us, and we are THRILLED with the results. We love our new kitchen and it turned out exactly how we wanted it. We would recommend this company to everyone and anyone looking for a new kitchen.

On 5/31/2021 we hired Kitchen & Bath Decor & More, 1707 Durham Dr, Houston, TX 77007. Today more than 1 year later, we have yet to receive ANYTHING. We have not received a thing from Kitchen & Bath Decor & More of Houston, TX but ANXIETY and FRUSTRATION. They have been paid in full and have delivered nothing. We are a hard working family that looked forward to a new kitchen and now all we have a $29,000 debt due to Kitchen & Bath Decor & More of Houston, TX.

I really like this place. It's been so difficult trying to remodel my house until a friend told me about this place. They did a successful remodeling job. The employees were respectful, comical and tidy. My kitchen and bath done in much shorter time than expected.

I can’t thank these guys enough for their patience. They tried to meet all of our needs. Very meticulous. They diligently explored many options with us. Worth every penny!

Beware.these guys are unprofessional and non-responsive once they have your money. They said my slabs were there on 4/29 and then stopped responding to phone calls, texts, or emails when asked when they would install. I disputed the charge on 5/14 because that was when my first payment was due and they were not responding. After that I tried calling Cambria in Minnesota and they were not helpful. Then I filed a complaint on 6/1 and KBD responded and said they would cancel my contract. So I went to the Cambria showroom and explained my situation and Betsy Cruz felt my pain and was able to find 4 slabs for me. So I got another contractor to install but only after KBD said they were cancelling. And now they are saying I am still responsible and "allowing" me to have store credit. Read their response to my BBB Complaint. These guys are terrible and Cambria Contacts Rodney McFaddin and Ronee Wyatt and not much better.

Kitchen and Bath Decor has been my contractor of choice for not one, but two bathroom remodels. Both my master suite and my Jack and Jill bathroom were completely transformed into beautiful modern bathroom spaces. They used quality materials and upgrades that were not only affordable but look beautiful. We now have excellent functionality it’s refreshing, appealing and so comfortable.

I selected this company based off of all of the good reviews. When we arrived, it was a huge selection. I was very impressed. We arrived about 20 minutes ahead of time, but then had to wait an additional hour because someone walked in without an appointment. After we selected our materials for the kitchen estimate, we sat down with a lady, I believe the owner. I explained to her exactly what I wanted, along with the layout of the kitchen. She took notes on paper and took it to the back, I assume for someone to create my vision. We waited about 20 minutes for this. When she brought out the plans, they were incorrect. I explained to her again what I wanted and she took it to the back again. Then 20 minutes later she brings it back and it's still incorrect. I literally had to keep explaining the details to her about two or three more times after that and each time it took several minutes for her to come back. The drawings weren't exact. They didn't specify any measurements so I really didn't feel comfortable with going with this company. It just felt like it was too unorganized. I really wish I could have worked with someone else at the company that made me feel like a priority. The lady was pretty much spreading herself too thin and she was everywhere. It just got so frustrating with all of the waiting that after she wrote down the estimate, I had decided I rather work with a more organized company.

They were great in the showroom, but they never called me to make an appointment for the quote for the remodel.i was in the showroom and had picked out a couple of choices and they took down all my information, address, phone etc but never used the information to contact me.

I love the store here it has such a wide range of inventory. I met a wonderful designer here who has started working on my design and so far it’s outstanding.
