I waited at your site on Military Drive and nobody ever showed up all day. I went back several times. There were NO signs saying it was closed or if anyone might be there the next day. I then went to your site on Potranco and waited in line for 2 hours only to be told when it was my turn that she had appointments all day long. It would not have taken her 30 seconds to step out her cubicle to tell the line that she only had appointments all day. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Finally I went to your site on 410 and they took care of business and were professional and quick while also being friendly. Some training in customer service would be required I would think.

I have always received great and personal service from jackson hewitt. They take the time to get to know their customers and really give you 1on 1service. Have been going to jacksonville for almost twenty years and I will continue to do so.

Ms Suzie is always very helpful. She is fast and very accurate on the returns. Explains and answers any question you have. We have been going with her for about 8 years now never had one issue.
