Filed taxes 5.12.2021 with Jerry Spencer used unnecessary forms which caused me to have higher fees Thank God For Nancy Blinker spoke with her management to lower the fees

Staff was great. Jerry Spencer was my preparer. He addressed all my concerns. Guided me through the process while occasionally stopping and asking if there were any questions regarding the preparation. I would highly recommend him and that particular location to anyone.

I went to file my taxes at this location. The price was too high for me. I requested my paperwork back and they told me they cannot find it. Extremely unprofessional to lose my personal tax information. Be cautious.
