Got my CPAP machine & mask etc from here. Pamela did an excellent orientation with the machine/mask fitting, etc. Very appreciative since this is my first use of one. Nice to have someone go through the info.

Pamela, the representative that helped me was very thorough in her explanation of my new Cpap machine. She went thru all the settings, connections, and how often supplies needed replaced. She took her time, as I did not feel rushed at all.

Bobby was so helpful! When we discovered that the wheelchair was too small, he took it back, and brought us the bigger size the same day, even though it extended his workday.

I'm giving one star but it should be no stars. I sprained my ankle today and the express care gave me a prescription for a lace up brace to this place. My husband went in to ask and they said they didn't have them anymore when they were clearly on the wall. When he said this and came and got me to try it nobody bothered to help or instruct us. Finally I got fed up and left. The lady screamed at my husband saying I told you we don't do those anymore. Totally unprofessional and rude.

Fast and easy service. My cushion arrived broken (boxed) amd they were quick to offer a replacement. Not a big bulky chair and the delivery man James was friendly.
