Our old water heater died and we had Genzel Plumbing replace it with a tankless water heater. Mark and Luke were prompt, helpful, and professional. Mark answered all of our questions and went over our options. They installed the water heater as scheduled and left everything clean when they were done. We are very happy with our new water heater and the service provided. Definitely give them a call!

We had a leak in our shower and we called Genzel late yesterday afternoon and they were out here this morning within the time frame quoted us yesterday. That does not happen much now a days. Fixed our problem! I wasn't home but my husband said the guy was good and knowledgable at what he was doing. He did not have the part so he had to leave for a while to get the part. Came back, installed the new piece and we are now able to use out shower. Thank you God. Thank you Genzel. My only thing is, and it is my thing, we have no idea how to unscrew the bathroom faucets to clean the strainers out. I told my husband to ask the guy when he comes, how to do it, what we would need, maybe even show my husband how to do one. He said to buy the aerator key, I think, on Amazon, put it up in the faucet and turn it to unscrew it. I myself would of liked alittle more explanation, but that's me. Yes, we went on line and I guess its not that hard. We are retired folks and all this new stuff in our homes now a days is nothing like the old days. As far as I'm concerned things are made to break faster. All we did in the old days was just unscrewed the strainer with the pliers, clean it and done. I could do that. Didn't need a key. Everything needs something else these days. Thats my only piddly complaint that I have. When an old geezer asks you something, please help, explain more and maybe show them. Otherwise 5 stars! They will get our business again, hopefully I won't need them but they will get our business.

This was my first time using Genzel plumbing and they were absolutely fantastic! I called for same day service and they arrived within 1 hour. Dakota and Parker went above and beyond to fix my toilet and shower issues and I will be using them again in the future. Happy customer!

We were in the process of remodeling our kitchen and decided we wanted a gas stove. Unfortunately, we did not have an existing gas line and needed one installed. Genzel was the second company I called. I try to work with locally owned businesses as much as possible. Mark showed up on time to provide me an estimate of the work needed. I was impressed with his extensive knowledge and how he thoroughly explained all of my options. I selected Genzel as soon as I received the quote.

The amount quoted was way less than the other company I had called. Mark showed up on time the day of install. He walked me through the process and what I could expect. He answered all questions and was done in a timely fashion. The only delay experienced was waiting on the city to perform their inspection.

I highly recommend Genzel for your plumbing needs. They are the best on price, knowledge, customer service and will be the ones I call for all my future plumbing needs.

We bought a house in McKinney and one of the water heaters busted on our second day in the house. Genzel Plumbing came in and replaced all 4.5 months later we had a master bathroom remodel and they did extensive work on our free standing tub and floor mounted faucet. They are the best plumbers we have ever worked with. Always on time, do great job, very respectful and know exactly how to solve the problem. If we could give 100 starts we would. Amazing company!

I was working on changing out a shower cartridge myself but I couldn’t get it removed. I called Genzel Plumbing and Rocky came out the next morning. Rocky was very professional and knowledgable and got the old cartridge out and the new one installed. The pricing was very reasonable as well. Great overall experience!

Parker and whole team at Genzel plumbing are amazing! I had 3 other bids from other plumbing companies 2 of which were big name huge advertising budget companies the other was a local McKinney plumber. They all said after running cameras that I had a 6 inch disconnection 20 feet under the house in the sewer line. **Parker came out and found 2 additional breaks at 5 feet and 12 feet in, that the first 3 guys went right passed. They are a great family ran honest business. However they did not listen to the problems I have/had with my house that i was already aware of. My husband had even dug out to the point that needed to be repaired. He is now having to fix the problem him self. Not the wife or who ever is in the office would listen to me as my husband works all hours during the week. And was unavailable to be here to talk to them. Instead they want to charge me 100's of thousands to replace all plumbing "if I plan on selling the house it is a good selling point. " P.s. Waived the $50 trip charge but charged $300 just to run a camera! I could have paid way less for to rent from home depot, (could have bought one for that price) should have stuck with that.

Robby and his team came out to the house a week ago- they were prompt, thorough and courteous!
