I never post reviews, but Jo Anne and team were great to work with from start to finish and deserve 5 stars! Very responsive, competitive pricing, professional crew, and beautiful tile installation. We had two bathroom floors redone and they were in and out in 2 days and the finished product looks fantastic. Highly recommend!

We had an issue where our tile started buckling due to prior improper installation. We couldn’t match the tile so decided to do a decorative inset like a rug. They suggested slate to tie into the fireplace. It turned out great. They were quick and very responsive. They also changed out an old chandelier with new cam lights in our dining room.

Absolutely recommend, we are thrilled with the results, service and expertise of Flooring by Silvia. Don’t hesitate to contact them. Both of our bathrooms look fantastic, the travertine and marble are clean, sealed, caulking removed/replaced and grout repairs too.

Excellent service and the crew did an amazing job. Highly recommend them. We did complete reno of our bathroom and kitchen and Jo Anne assisted us with the entire process and the complete reno was a breeze.

They did an excellent job replacing both bathroom countertops in our service dept. The owner responded right away to our inquiry, gave us a quote within 24hrs, and had us on the books within a week. She kept in contact throughout the whole experience and everything went exactly as expected. We will definitely use them again for any remodeling needs!

If you are looking for someone to remodel your kitchen counters, I cannot recommend Flooring and Granite by Silva high enough! Jo Anne was so helpful and quick to respond to messages. Eduardo and his crew were professional and did an amazing job. The tear-out and install all happened on the same day and they even cleaned up! I had a part for my sink come in late and it was no problem to have someone come back to install it.

Had a GREAT experience working with Jo Anne and her team! They installed quartz countertops with a 10” backsplash and windowsills. I was originally going to go with IKEA but then they completely screwed us over. Jo Anne quickly stepped in to save the day and worked with our budget to get us countertops within the week! Very quick, friendly and quality work. Will definitely recommend.

This is my second time using Flooring and Granite by Silva - the first being our master bath remodel. This time they helped completely transform our kitchen counters and backsplash. I was such a nervous wreck with the process and JoAnne came in and helped with every decision. We couldn't have done it without her! Can't wait to have them come back and re-do our final bathroom!

It started out great, but after she took the last payment she never finished the work. She stopped communicating and never refunded the money for the work she did not complete. I should have trusted her BBB reviews. I ended up hiring someone else to finish the job. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Súper nice and professional, very patient with us. We had a delay with our cabinets but they where patient with us. Quick turnaround, guys cleaned up and helped level everything out. Thank you guys so much! Amazing job.

JoAnne is an excellent communicator. She kept us in the loop at all times and went above and beyond to help us with our recent kitchen remodel. She put together several design options for us, making it easy for us to make a decision. The quality of the finished work is impeccable. They took their time and did it right.
